The service here is atrocious. Extremely rude, added the person beside me to my.order, mad a huge deal like we told them we were together, had my son wait for food and kept making him go to one spot then a mother then made him feel like he was a problem, wanted to keep all of my change, and she was rude to everyone. We will not be coming back not will my company be using this location anymore. The cooks did a great job, shame the service is as bad as it is.

Don't go here. They close early. I'm upset as I use uber for income. They closed the store at 9 - instead of scheduled time of 10p. I'm upset with this location. Will not be a returning customer based on their service.

Darker lady was absolutely rude every interaction with her was awful she had an attitude with me starting because my food was seaperate from the people I knew infront of me. We will not return to this location I'll drive to a more friendly location that wants my business.

I’ve came to this exact panda so many times and never had a problem but today was a different story. My husband, my baby and I went out for some lunch and we ordered fried rice with our entree. We sat down and started to eat but the fried rice was mushy, clumped together, had absolutely no flavor and even some pieces of the rice were still hard. My husband went back to the counter and explained it and asked if we could just switch it for regular white rice. The girl said she was a manger but honestly the way she handled the situation makes me think she wasn’t. And if she is they need some new managers. Her name was Da. That’s all it had on her name tag. At first they were rude saying “they say the fried rice isn’t good but it is. I don’t know what’s wrong with it.” And they proceeded to hand back our previous bowl with the fried rice and chicken and just gave us two bowls of white rice instead of remaking the whole dish. Even though we didn’t even eat but that one bite out of it. My husband said you can’t just remake it. And they made a huge deal out of it. They then ended up giving us new bowls after my husband argued with them for a good 5 minutes. But most of all what made me more mad, was the fact that ALL the employees were sitting there talking crap about the whole situation the entire time we remained there to eat our lunch. They kept pointing and looking at us while they were running their mouths. All I have to say is get some better management and they also need some cleanliness because the restaurant was DISGUSTING. the drink station ? the trashes were full and there was food all over the front cover so when you threw your trash away you had to be careful where you touched to push in the lid and throw away your food. There was also food all over the floor in the dining area. Everywhere you walked you were stepping on rice and chicken, napkins, forks. It was gross and they had the audacity to be rude. Like check yourself. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to the homeless man on the corner. Very disappointed Panda Express

I just went to Panda. Igot there at 10 am. It had just opened. I ordered my food and one of the entrees was teriyaki chicken. I noticed that it was already cut. They always cut It in front of the customer. I thought it was something new. But I also noticed the color. So I got it to go. And when I got home and opened my plate i noticed the chicken had a different color. Though I had put the teriyaki sauce over itI could still noticed the color. I taste it and it was leftover chicken. It was just preheated. This place keep getting worst!!

Went in happy and excited to eat panda so I ordered chow mien beef and broccoli and teriyaki chicken asked for Fresh chow mien because there was mainly celery and onion the worker ignored me and gave me that then I asked to wait for fresh beef and broccoli because there was only broccoli little to no beef and she argued with me that 2 tiny specs of beef was enough to call it beef and broccoli I asked for a manger and she said she was the manager I was mad but didn’t want to continue making a scene horrible service will not be retuning I recommend anyone that reads this to go to another location
