Customer service it's the worst. The whole time While I was been "HELPED" . The short lady that speaks Spanish had a horrible attitude so did the cashier . In no way was this place welcoming. Horrible experience hope the other panda express stores/centers don't have the same type of welcoming/staff like this one did.

❤️ Panda Express, great food, a little slow, long line, but it was the weekend. People are always nice, but the 1st person that you order with, has to ask you twice what you want cause she has to say welcome in to everyone that walks in the door, which maybe why one of my orders was wrong.
Parking: Parking in front and behind the building

I ordered pick-up, was not greeted when I entered. Came in with my two kids and waited 10 minutes at the register for someone to ask me what I needed( not how can I help you). When three employees looked at me and 1 walked past me and was not giving any assistance. One woman checked out a woman and as she did so, she just kept looking at me.

So the turnover rate must be pretty high here because many new faces. So my wife and I came to purchase some food and my wife wanted to taste a small sample of a new item. The employee said no sample and this change isn't a positive look for the business. So I talked to the individual in charge by the name Mike and I explained that the change up was bad PR. Our family usually wouldn't ask, but it was a new item and my wife wondered if it's a thumbs up or down and It failed. Panda Express policy failed. Yes Mike stated it was because Covid-19, but come on the staff handles many things including money that changes hands multiple times. I told Mike that this would do a disfavor with bad reviews. This review is well deserved because a consumer should be allowed to know if they would or wouldn't like an item instead of it just being forced...keeping the sample option would have been a positive. Why I didn't leave all 1 stars is because Mike did seem to try to understand stand...the item blazing burban chicken in the photo that failed went into the trash. If another company provides better service we might be more than tempted to take our business elsewhere.

A clean restaurant with pretty fresh tasting ingredients and a functional kitchen. The fried rice was a bit soggy/broken up, but it was hot, tasted good, and had fresh veggies in it.
You can tell everything that they had offered was made fresh and hot, not being left out for hours under a heater.
