I went through the drive-through at 530ish, and when I got to my hotel 8 minutes away, my box of food looked and tasted like it was 3 hours old. Chicken, onions, Pinapple, and noodles were all discolored and tasted dried out and flavor profile of cardboard. I got a Bigger plate with Chow Mein and Sweet Fire Chicken.

Went through the drive through at 8:55pm last night to pick up my mobile order and they already shut off the system over 30 minutes before closing time. Wasn’t a big deal, I had my partner go inside to pick it up but they didn’t even have it ready. In fact, they were just gathered around the register chatting. After they made the order they made my partner come outside to ask me for the confirmation code even though he already told them the name the order was under. Got home and the lo mein tasted so old I couldn’t even eat it. Will not be returning to this location. Hope they find better workers.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and the very few times there has been an issue they've always fixed it. The store is super clean. Like most stores they might be understaffed and can get overwhelmed but they work so hard to keep customers happy I always thank them!

The staff at this location are very friendly and hard workers. Not sure what everyone else is whining about. We enjoyed our sit down dinner. Food is great tasting, with good portions, and its cheaper and healthier then taco bell. Fritz is their counterman, and he is awesome!!!! If you want friendly staff who enjoy their work, this is the place to eat!
