They ruined their orange chicken, it was honestly the only thing keeping me coming back. Now the new recipe is gross and doesn't even taste like orange anymore. It's just sweet, gross chicken. Sorry disappointing, don't know where I'll find that good orange chicken ever again

Ordered 3 drinks I didn't receive any of them . Tried calling multiple times nobody answers at the store. Spoke with the delivery they never gave them drinks. Thanks for taking my money and then just not answering your store number. Worse costumer service.

Fitz and Teenie were so so unprofessional when we recently stopped by to get some food. We asked for bowl and they misheard us and filled the plate. When I asked them that we want a bowl this dude Fitz jumped in middle of the convo and started cursing my wife to speak up and telling me not to raise voice when he was the one who escalated it. Really frustrating when someone dont respects the customer. I asked for Manager and he didnt even decide to step in. I figured why they have such low reviews in here! Owner need to coach these crews to be lil grounded and how to greet customers!!

I just picked up two meals for my kids. But it is horribly small amount. The guys serving were shaking their hands to put the food on the plates. They said it is double orange chicken but it was literally less than one. The two guys serving today Sunday the 14th of December, 2025 around 1:25PM will definitely damage the image of this business.
