Clean new location , lots of entrees and fresh food available but the staff is very poorly trained and they start your order and then just walk away mid order without saying anything. Then when the next person takes over they don't understand what was going on and they have a hard time applying coupons and ringing you up and not overcharging. Not happy with this location and wouldn't recommend, which is a shame because it's one of the ones that has string bean chicken not all the Panda expresses seem to carry that anymore...

I went through the drive-through at 530ish, and when I got to my hotel 8 minutes away, my box of food looked and tasted like it was 3 hours old. Chicken, onions, Pinapple, and noodles were all discolored and tasted dried out and flavor profile of cardboard. I got a Bigger plate with Chow Mein and Sweet Fire Chicken.

The team was all very welcoming and kind. Also everything seemed really clean and organized at this location compared to others. Lastly Amber was the one who helped me out and she was really sweet asking me how my day was and was really genuine during our interaction

Parking: It’s a hit or miss with parking. Sometimes crowded other times plenty of parking spaces.
We drive from highlands ranch to this location because the food is always hot and fresh and the staff are friendly. Amie is always super attentive and always willing to help.

Went through the drive through at 8:55pm last night to pick up my mobile order and they already shut off the system over 30 minutes before closing time. Wasn’t a big deal, I had my partner go inside to pick it up but they didn’t even have it ready. In fact, they were just gathered around the register chatting. After they made the order they made my partner come outside to ask me for the confirmation code even though he already told them the name the order was under. Got home and the lo mein tasted so old I couldn’t even eat it. Will not be returning to this location. Hope they find better workers.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and the very few times there has been an issue they've always fixed it. The store is super clean. Like most stores they might be understaffed and can get overwhelmed but they work so hard to keep customers happy I always thank them!
