3/30/24-I gave them 3 stars, not because they are average in general, but because they are average for a Panera. Over priced food, small size to price ratio, for questionable quality. This location was also dirty, like they hadn't bothered to clean. All of the tables were either covered in food or sticky.

Impressed. For the amount of people who were there for lunch today. Ordered when I arrived on the kiosk when I arrived and it was correct and ready in 10 min.

Sadly the wifi was down. Couldn't use phone apps to order, or sign in account from kiosk...so wasn't able to use rewards. ? but otherwise great all around.

It was cold and AC blowing on much of the seating area. It was 60 degrees outside. Did find a draft free seat. Staff very friendly. We will be back. We're just a little heavy handed on the cilantro on the teriyaki checken. Not a normal ingredient.Parking: handicapped spots in front all filed. More than their customers. Had to wheel the wheel chair 110 steps to the door. Store can't control that.Wheelchair accessibility: Has curb ramp OUT OF THE Garage so have to push wheel chair in driveway until exiting garage to get on sidewalk

Plenty of space and convenient to the Hospital and bus/light rail stations; good for a quick bite or small group meetings.

So I realized today why I thought I didn't like Panara! This specific Panara is horrible. I used to go here mainly for soup but would get a meal occasionally and every single time it ended up not being good. Eventually I just erased Panara from my lunch rotation. Last week a friend invited me to a different location and I reluctantly went... The food was great! I ordered the new green goddess sandwich and soup, A+. I thought maybe I was remembering Panara wrong or maybe they changed....Tonight I talked my husband into going but unfortunately we went to this location because it's near our house. As I said, I was quickly reminded why I stopped going here. This photo is the sandwich I received! Who would ever want to eat this? It is a green goddess caprese melt but has no green goddess lol and it is supposed to have fresh mozzarella? So is that those little white dots?! Mind you this is an $11 sandwich.... My husband ordered the Southwest Chicken (which was what my friend had at the other location and it was sooo good!) There wasn't much on it either and what was on it was on one half of the sandwich. It seriously had like %75 of the fillings on one side so if you were sharing with someone, one person would have a pretty good sandwich while the other person would have mostly bread. Or you eat the good side and then start the second have and end up being super disappointed haha...Also on a side note I have a sips membership that I use a lot at near my job.(Even without eating there it's a good deal if you buy a daily coffee or other drink) Well not if you like tea... I've tried to use it at this location after work at least 4 times in the last 2 months and they NEVER have the teas in the evening. I do not drink soda so sometimes I just feel like its not worth having. Why dump the tea 2 or more hours before they close every night when you know people are stillgoing to come in to eat.Overall.....Just avoid this location. If you're in this area and want this kind of food, there is a place called Modern Eatery a block down same type of food but way better quality (They have really good ice teas and different types of soda! (that are not made by coke or pepsi which to me is pretty cool)Parking: There is a free parking garage but to me it's a little inconvenient and at night sometimes there will be people sitting around so it can be a little scary for a women alone. They do have a couple spots if your lucky right by the front door!

Hi my name is Crystal Hobley. What I find interesting about living in Aurora Colorado is, Every establishment hire only Caucasians and Hispanic. It doesn't matter if it's Metro, boost Mobile, Panera bread, the grocery stores that are on Colfax and so on. There is no place for are African-American youth to work in their community. Somebody need to look what is going on in Aurora Colorado. Because it's racism right before your eyes. My daughter just graduated from Aurora Central High school. She had an interview at Panera Bread. She thought it was a good work. She was excited about the interview. She walked all the way from 14th in Macon on the coldest day to go to her interview. The interview went well she looks excited afterwards they gave her a big sandwich and so they will get back to her Friday, because the hiring manager will be there. Keep in mind he was not the one that interviewed her. She called 8:00 in the morning and the position was already filled. He have no reason why he didn't give her the position. I asked is it because there's only Caucasian and Hispanic folks there? He said no. Well that's the first thing my daughter first witness when she walked through the door. We truly need to pray for are African American youth in are communi thank you.

I visit this location weekly for lunch and have consistently been provided with fresh, fast, delicious food. The location is clean and staff is always super friendly. The manager there is incredibly capable, kind, and helpful to both customers and staff. I recommend this location and will continue coming back for more!

This is my favorite location or should I say I don't want to go to other locations. Ms. Estella is the greatest! She's one of the best Managers I've seen. She doesn't bully her Employees she teaches them good things such as being sure they greet Customers. The Restaurant is always clean, smell and appearance.I order online and the food is always ready when I arrive, it's fresh and tasty. I usually order charged drink, bagels, Asiago bagel with sausage and cheese. All tasty. Keep being awesome!! ??

I ate here almost every day when I was staying at a nearby hotel. The food was fast, correct and good. Estella and her team were above and beyond offering great customer service. Even when they were slammed busy they were quick and efficient.
