I'm on the $5 a month sip every day of they gave for the summertime.I'm grateful for that.I don't go every day, maybe once a week.Sometimes twice to get a nice fresh iced cold drink.Thank you panera bread
poor customer service
Tried to order but the only employee behind the counter was taking the oven apart with airpods in and either didnt know or didnt care i was waiting up front trying to get her attention. Once she walked to the back I started saying hello is anyone working here. Finally someone came out and did say sorry but he couldnt take my order because shift change and manager was in the back so I left. Not sure why their was no register open and no one was watching the front in the afternoon during a weekday.
I went in and ordered two smoothies ,$16 for two smoothies which I thought was a lot. But you know it is what it is I guess. But then when I got the smoothies they actually cut the size of smoothies in half from what they used to be and they didn't even fill them about 3/4 of the way to the top total rip-off Panera is downhill. It's not worth going. I highly recommend canceling minute Panera Bread from plans perm permanently!!!!!

Stopped by in between meetings for their 2 for 2. Yummy Greek salad and potatoe soup. Quick and easy and delicious
The assistant general manager was very snappy with an attitude and i’m almost certain he didn’t put my order in, the rest of the staff was amazing and helped me out after seeing me waiting for so long. Great customer service should be expected from leadership as well.

First of, Panera in general is an awful company. They use/waste so many paper products and their food is incredibly overpriced. I only came in because I was in a rush, it was on the way, and had no other choices. The woman who took my order could not have been more bored/unenthusiastic and the woman who completed my food order was very rude. I understand it’s a busy time and lots of orders to fill, but the harsh tone is unnecessary. My sandwich itself was OK. It was warm, but it barely had anything inside and was mostly bread. Really disappointing. I will do my best to never return to any Panera again

Theres a very pungent nasty smell as you walk in the door, Employees behind counter stare at you as you wait to place an order, Nobody Greets guests here. The to go soup I ordered did not come with a spoon either.

FIRST, I was their to pick up a large order for a client. The bag was sitting on the floor fully exposed to whatever may fall into it. It should have been placed on a cart not the floor. Also the bags were torn, so not very professional. The client paid alot of money for the food and service. Also the people are not friendly or welcoming. It's like your bothering them. This is what America is becoming. This type of thing is rampant.
