First of, Panera in general is an awful company. They use/waste so many paper products and their food is incredibly overpriced. I only came in because I was in a rush, it was on the way, and had no other choices. The woman who took my order could not have been more bored/unenthusiastic and the woman who completed my food order was very rude. I understand it’s a busy time and lots of orders to fill, but the harsh tone is unnecessary. My sandwich itself was OK. It was warm, but it barely had anything inside and was mostly bread. Really disappointing. I will do my best to never return to any Panera again

FIRST, I was their to pick up a large order for a client. The bag was sitting on the floor fully exposed to whatever may fall into it. It should have been placed on a cart not the floor. Also the bags were torn, so not very professional. The client paid alot of money for the food and service. Also the people are not friendly or welcoming. It's like your bothering them. This is what America is becoming. This type of thing is rampant.

People are friendly and it was fairly clean. Not quite spick and span but looking pretty good.
I ordered online for a pickup order and I found out my order was not complete once I got home. I had to drive all the way back to pick up a sandwich that was missing. I know restaurants make mistakes but I wish I was compensated for the time it took for me to drive all the way back to the restaurant. Now the rest of my dinner is probably cold.

Best location. I ordered through DoorDash and sadly the driver kept my food, even though he lied and indicated that it was delivered. I called Panera and they assisted me with contacting Door Dash and getting my food out to me. So nice! Very grateful. Thank you
