I've come to this location several times and every time i feel welcome to the environment. the food is a bit on the pricy side but even when i don't order, im able to sit down with friends or just focus on my own to work and im treated as a customer. One person in particular, her name is ana, greeted me and made a friendly conversation. Super nice along with the rest of the staff. I am super pleased with the remodel of the interior as well, really comforting and inviting. the food is always fresh which explains the price.

Now i can say for certain that Panera went rogue with their new menu , not with the food or it quality, but with their menu pricing for their half sandwiches. They list it for a certain price and above with relatively tiny letters. " It says if you buy 2 additional items it will be this much, but if you get 1/2 sandwich alone it'll will be +2$ aditional. Why this shenanigans? Good job Panera ! You are becoming more and more Europeaniased, not in the good sense of course.

Rude staff. 3 or 4 oz of soup in a $9 "bowl" of soup. Manager said it looked like 12oz to him, but definitely far less than you would get in a $5 "cup" at any other Panera. Soup was cold as well. more than half the meat was hanging out of sandwich and other half was only bread. Very anger employee complained about "white trash" people in Aurora. Every single table in the entire store had visible liquids and food and it took 10 minutes for someone to come out and whip one table for me. This place is just gross.

One sad thing that happened here was in 1993 a shooting that ended the lives of 4 employees at this Chuck E. Cheese that is now a Panera bread ?️

This location has definitely redeemed itself. The manager on duty was very personable. Engaged offered her ideals. The food was very tasty. We'll definitely visit this location again. Satisfied that I gave this location a second chance.

Let me start off with saying great customer service by Christine at the Iliff and Peoria store (I believe that was her Name the assistant manager, I did have a few specialties to my sandwich and although it wasn’t a big deal, I still had to pick through my food with that being said my soup is not even soup it’s literally water and the rice looks like quinoa usually good but I haven’t been at this location in a while and I don’t know what’s going on but the food was not made great this time
My only knock, $6 cookies, $5 bagel... The refresh at the Iliff location is very nice. We were there before the renovation was complete and we got drywall dust all over our clothes.

The quality declined after new owners took over. I exclusively use the app even when I dine in because counter service too often is slow even when there appears to be enough staff. My last bagel order, they gave me a burnt bagel that apparently the staff felt was OK to serve. They are always out ofcoffeee and/or creamer. I go every Friday to meet a group and these problems are consistent.

Very clean sitting area. No trash/clutter on the floor, and tables were clear of dishes and debris. The food is consistently yummy with great portion sizes, and the bakery items are fully cooked, without being over or under cooked. Great display; tidy and well maintained. I/we eat here often.
