Wow...I dont think I've ever been so ready to get out of a place. This was the worst food I've had in a very long time and its extremely expensive...lunch for my husband, 2 small kids and I was $60!!! I could have went to an actual restaurant for that. It was cafeteria food at best...I will never go to Panera again in my life. The restaurant was dirty, tables and floors were covered in food. Stop ripping people off and close your doors.

The food is delicious and the service is usually good. The atmosphere is basically fast food with yuppies. Instead of a race to drink weird colored soda, it’s a “cooler” that I still don’t want in my body.

I ordered food for my daughter's birthday through the Panera app to be delivered to her school for lunch. Door Dash notified me that the order was delivered, but it wasn't. When I called Panera to sort it out, the manager was so kind and compassionate. She had my order remade, threw in a complimentary cookie and brownie, and had one of her catering drivers deliver it within 10 minutes. The service and kindness was above and beyond and deeply appreciated! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday extra special!

This Panera is probably the best in the area and always is clean ! The service is friendly and the food is always tasty . I love coming here to when shopping in the area ?.
I received a special through the email, however, the associate was unable to help with the special. She said she couldn’t match the price and was totally not customer service friendly. Then she said to try ordering with the app which wasn’t working for me and she was unwilling to help me at all. I just left.

The store is and looks dirty. The bathrooms are dirty with trash in the floor and smell horrid. We ordered French onion soup and it was cold, salty and nasty. The manager did not seem very eager to assure that us, as his customers, left the store satisfied and willing to come back.

A Panera Restaurant ( this location) unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The order was not correct .. there is a hair in the plate .. the service was incredibly bad, with servers seeming indifferent to our needs. The food quality was subpar.. Additionally, the manager JERRY was extremely rude with his assistant dark skin tall guy wearing eyeglasses and the coworkers were laughing at us they don’t want to help and they did not even trying to change the meal .. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience and would NOT stop to contact the big mangers to complain..
