A Panera Restaurant ( this location) unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The order was not correct .. there is a hair in the plate .. the service was incredibly bad, with servers seeming indifferent to our needs. The food quality was subpar.. Additionally, the manager JERRY was extremely rude with his assistant dark skin tall guy wearing eyeglasses and the coworkers were laughing at us they don’t want to help and they did not even trying to change the meal .. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience and would NOT stop to contact the big mangers to complain..

Food is always good, but so often my delivery is missing something. it's happened 3 or 4 times now. I add a loaf of bread with my lunch order and all that arrives is a small bag with my sandwich and chips. Does no one notice that the driver is leaving with a bag too small to have a loaf of bread inside? the receipt even has someone's initials that supposedly checked the order. My sandwich was good, but not $25 good. Guess if I order again, I will need to only order what fits in the small bag with nothing extra that stays behind. Profits must look good if they can sell one loaf of bread on repeat.

Was a bit nervous seeing the reviews. Been to a few Paneras across the country. Wanted a salad for lunch. Used the automated kiosk. Salad came out in a few minutes, was exactly what I expected no more or less. I'd give this a try if you're questioning some of the poor reviews

15+ minutes until closing, walk up to the order counter and they inform me that they don't have soups, baguettes, or any breads available for any sandwiches. The tennage employee keeps talking back to her kitchen and laughing about how they can't serve us during buisness hours. Truly a sad world we live in. Panera has lost a loyal customer.
Visited on Sunday with my wife. All was good until I asked about my Drink I had ordered via the app. Two male employees were just standing around looking at their phones and talking. Tmwhen asking about Mt drink the young lady was nice and all but one of the other employee started an attitude with me for no reason at all and continued. I moved on but he struggled to do so. Then the dining areas were completely dirty and workers in the back were doing very little if anything and the restaurant was not busy at all. Had to wipe our own table down. Otherwise food was good.

Overpriced waste of time. $12 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and a hot chocolate. Rude staff, slow service, tried 4 empty tables before we found a clean one. Not busy at all but homeless people hanging out cussing in front of kids and leaving trash all over while stinkin’ up the place.Years ago this Panera was such a nice place to come. Sad to see how it’s gone downhill.
