Went through the drivethru because my toddler is in a wheelchair. They forgot the kids grilled cheese sandwich for his mea which was pretty frustrating. I didn't realize it until we opened everything up after getting home. Guess next time I'll have to take everything out of the bag to ensure all the food is there. Quality of the food is good. Just stinks when you don't get the food you paid for.

When I walked into Panera, cold, and ready for some soup, a worker named Medine greeted me with a smile, definitely the best worker there. She should get a raise. Soup was great, and they gave me extra bread, beautiful service, 10/10.

I was sick and sad and wanting a midnight snack, and asked myself "what sounds goo?" and imediately thought of the wonderful Panera Bread. So to my distatse I got up out of my bed and drove over to Panera. I walked insdie and was hit with the most wlcoming, kind, beautiful, funny, bodacious and overall wonderfull employee. I asked for her name and she told me it was "Medine". "What a beautiful name!" I said. The enitre time when I was ordering and waiting for food her charm and Charsima made the expirence worth while. Overall my expirence was a 10/10 the food was spectacualer and the service was stupendous.

Very poor customer service, would not suggest ordering from this location. They did not fulfill the complete order, charged and delivered it anyways. After calling the store “manager was too busy” to talk about refunding missing items and I was told to “call back later”…keeping in mind the time I called was 3:30pm

This was the worst Panera bread I had ever been to. They couldn’t do one thing right, I asked for a DC and the lady said we have Pepsi products. I then asked if they had sprite, she said we have Starry, as if that is different than sprite. I was disappointed that they did not have DC so I said Starry was fine. I pulled up to the window and started to receive my order after paying with my left kidney for a simple Chicken Salad sandwich. In the end I didn’t receive my kettle chips that they asked if I wanted, and above all else I still got a Diet Pepsi.

This the 23950 E Smoky Hill Rd, Aurora, CO 80016 Panera Bread. Beware, their Drive Thru wait times are terrible and you could end up with the wrong order ..happened to me twice at this location. 30 minutes wait in Drive thru. So I ordered Tomato Soup and Garden Caprese Salad- You pick two on my Panera App to be picked up at Drive Thru. I waited 25 some minutes in the line for Drive Thru. I got my order and came home...started unwrapping my food only to find out that they gave me the wrong sandwich...my receipt clearly stated Garden Caprese and I got Grilled cheese sandwich instead. I called Panera spoke to the Manager who did apologize for the wait time and gave me refund for my order - as a "to do" for customer service. He didn't really care or feel any empathy for making me wait and then give me the wrong order. I am severely allergic to fish...what if they gave me fish sandwich by mistake...should they be held more accountable? I am not going back to this location again for dinner.

I've been to this Panera many times, usually picking up a to go order. The food is standard Panera so no surprises there. I just came in to enjoy a late lunch on a snow day and get some work done. But I walked in and it's SO cold in here! Definitely too cold to stay and do work. It's really disappointing because I was looking forward to sitting by the fireplace and getting some tea and pastries after lunch. Instead I'm eating my lunch and leaving. Not sure if it's an issue with the heat or they just don't have it set high enough but I won't plan to come here and dine in again any time soon.

The first gave us the wrong Soup after getting the replacement soups then we noticed the sandwiches were the wrong ones. Came back in the manager Just throw him into a bag so here you go. She was rude unprofessional not willingtend to make any corrections to what she've done.
Very very slow drive through, they talk amongst each other during their orders and don’t care for the line , each time is a 15 ish minute wait for the food in drive thru

I have loved Panera's food for a long time... however, I would regularly order their sesame and Asiago bagels. For some strange reason, they've recently changed the recipe for the Asiago bagel, and it's ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I 🤢First off, it doesn't even look like a bagel. It's almost in a cone shape (which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to toast in a regular toaster). Please tell me in what world, a company sells a bagel that is so oddly shaped that you couldn't possibly use a toaster to toast it!!! AND... The taste is soooo doughy & heavy tasting... I tried calling the location where we received our order, but I couldn't get anyone to answer (problem #2). I was hoping to talk to a manager and find out why they would change a perfectly wonderful recipe for the Asiago bagel!
