This location is awful. The drive through takes 20 minutes every time I’ve come here. Most recently, I sat in the drive through for 26 minutes and they handed me a FROZEN and completely uncooked sandwich. Disgusting.

The restaurant was barren o. The shelves. The dining area was filthy as was the drink station. The food was made haphazardly and without care. I’m extremely disappointed in the restaurant. The franchise owner needs to show up and fix or close this restaurant.

I truly love every single of the employees and staff working here. Truly this is by far the best Panera with quality food and wonderful service they provide everytime I go through drive through or dine in! Katie the manager really made my day when I was feeling down she managed to help fix an error with my online order that wasn’t working from my end! I would highly recommend this restaurant. I will always be coming here for because the food is seriously fresh and tastes amazing everytime. No complaint to even report at this restaurant! Please give recognition to every single on of these amazing staff at this location Panera I will continue to willingly give my best reviews for them!

We’ve been coming to Panera for years, but lately the quality just hasn’t been the same. The staff is always friendly, but the food itself isn’t what it used to be.

For example, on our most recent visit I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and received one large chunk of chicken instead of shredded chicken. My soup was lukewarm, and the baguette tasted like it had just come out of the freezer instead of being warmed.

For the prices they charge and their promise of fresh, well-prepared food, it was really disappointing.

We were greeted promptly with a smile and some humor. Our order was ready in a timely manner and tasted great. The place was cleaner than any other restaurant I’ve been in recently. Even the bathroom was spotless and this was right around lunch time. Very impressive.

Shorted my order and didn’t ever tell me they were out of bread bowls- they sure charged me for it though. Really bad service, they did refund after I called back in but really should have know. Before I left.
