They passed my order onto door dash, which they always seem to do when I give the largest tip available. And they gave the guy only one of the two pizzas I ordered. When I called to get my other pizza the rudest person answered...literally before I even spoke, they were rude. They just said they can refund the order, nothing else they can do. When I said fine they just hung up on me. Ridiculous service, we've all got problems don't make other people's lives harder just to make yourself feel better.

Cheerful and helpful customer service on 10/5 around 7-7:25 p.m. They helped me after a problem with the app, showed patience, and made me feel like more than a number. The front desk was on top of things big time on a busy night. Efficient, and friendly. Quality service. I appreciate everything.

Oh, so many details. App offered me FREE delivery over 35.00, order was 35.45 before tax and fees. The app still didn't give me free delivery. Called manager, Laura I think, said she would take care of and the rudely rushed me off the phone. Then my order goes in and I get notified that door dash will be delivering. I called her back they had no drivers so they use door dash. Wow. Ok. Driver doesn't speak English, no surprise there and I left a tip ahead of service. He let's the bag drop to reach in and grab the pizza, Ffs all the toppings slid to one side of the pizza. ?♀️smdh. Then mngr calls to apologize she can't get me free delivery after order goes to door dash. So she offers next pizza and delivery free. I have yet to see the email for that. Plus I didn't realize that philli cheese steak had a thick layer of ranch dressing ?. Soo, pizza sucked, service sucked and I will NEVER tip before service is rendered again. Cash when you show up if service was good. No wonder this place has suck bad reviews. Never again. Especially this location.

Terrible pizza. Asked for well done, the pizza was barely cooked. The toppings weren’t even on a good portion of the pizza and fell off as soon as I picked up a slice. Go to literally any other papa John’s in the area.

Normally this place is good but today I ordered from them and every pizza and cheese bread appeared to be assembled by a 6 year old. the toppings was dumped on the middle of the pizza then buried in cheese resulting in under cooked topping and gross pizza. What a waste of money.
