I have ordered from this location 3 times and will NEVER order again. Every single time I order I never receive any of the drinks. I have requested refunds and never get them. This place is a bunch of thieves. When I asked the manager where my drinks are they give the basic answer of “well I gave them to the driver” and the drivers always state they never received them. How this location still exists is beyond me

Food is good. When I got there, there was no one at the front counter for a few minutes. I saw the employee coming up from the back and he was texting on his phone. Phones always keep people from doing their job. Although, he was apologetic and nice. No harm done.

Ordered online, tipped in cash. Got the pizza pictured, had to have it remade and had to go pick it up. Pizza was a bit doughy. People in the restaurant were goofing off while we were at the front waiting for our remake.

Horrible service - could not make cheese sticks and instead of making it right the manager refused to give her name hung up on me several times without even confirming the refund- your manager is costing you money ….i’d replace or demote her immediately
