When I went to pick up my order, two employees were out front smoking a cigarettes. They continue as I approach the door and as I left. By the time I got in my car, I smelled like a cigarette. Disgusting!! Totally lost my appetite.

I ordered pizza extra cheese and sauces I got cold pizza and no sauces ....I think if I pay for delivery and all the extras I should get what I payed for I asked the guy if he had my sauces and he couldn't speak English...I did not get what I payed

Absolute joke of a restaurant. Burnt the dessert to the point you couldn’t eat it, and almost as an intentional insult put the smallest, oldest, most dried out banana pepper in the pizza box. It’s like they are trying to show you how little they care about you spending money with them.
place is nasty and they never get it right i got food poisoning here and management was just terrible found hair in the food gross and my other pizza wasn’t even cut they just left it they don’t
It's decent as far as carbon copy fast food pizza goes. It's not my first, second, or even tenth choice for pizza but I'll eat it if there's no other food.

Actual garbage!!! I usually don't even write reviews but this was ridiculous and unacceptable!!! I ordered 3 medium pizzas, cinnamon pull apart bread and garlic knots. They should've been garlic rocks they were burnt and dry. Toppings were only on 2 slices of the entire pizza, the crust was burnt and dry as the desert. The cinnamon pull apart was burnt on the corners and just foul. The fact that you allow food to leave your store like this and into people home's and you expect them to eat it is disgusting!!! Shut the whole store down. Thank goodness however for Bre I called and complained and she offered to fix it not sure if I will take her up on the offer however but I appreciate the kind gesture. Maybe she should be manager!!!

Not sure what happened to this location recently, but on two occasions I received raw dough in my order. Once in an order of breadsticks, and once in a pizza and papadia. It also appears they've outsourced their delivery to Grub Hub. I reached out to corporate for some kind of explanation or assurance the raw food issue would be resolved, but they never followed up.

getting worse... walked in to ask for specials. respond from one of the guys: check on line. what?!I am standing in front of the person in the shop and asked for help and I need to check online first? please provide me with the computer at your store first than. my phone is dead.., I do not have phone..., I do not like make orders online... choose the option or make your own, I do not care. all I know that you lost me as a client. it happened at: Aurora, CO Hampden and Chambers intersection around 4:30:5:00 pm June 30th 2023.
