Ordered delivery through the app and after 50 minutes, 2 phone calls no answer, delivery driver kept changing? I had no idea what was going on and then out of nowhere they cancelled my order.

I read a ton of horror stories on past reviews and was hesitant to order delivery, but I'm sick in bed and decided to risk it. Very happy with the food and the service, the pizza was exactly as ordered and cooked correctly, the delivery was done with DoorDash which I thought would be an issue, but the delivery lady was very sweet and brought the pizza over very quickly and with no issue. Very happy that I decided to order, was tasty and everything was just as it was meant to be.

First off atmosphere they dont have a place to sit down, now if you willing and wanting to listing to the sounds of line cooks its selected atmosphere, I personally haven't had an issue that hasn't been resolved point blank. This store has ran has smooth as the other locations that I have ordered from. But one question to the company is are you guys really using door dash as your delivery service or are you that short on driver's?? I personally will always go through papa John's, I know their back story and pretty much anything else.

I placed an order for a pizza from Papa John’s and scheduled it for a later delivery time. Not only did the pizza never arrive, but I was also charged over $30 for absolutely nothing.
I tried repeatedly to contact the store directly – no one answered. The phone would just ring and then hang up. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service, only to be met with an automated system that was no help at all. It claimed my order was delivered, but I never received a single thing.
There was no way to get a real person on the line, and the entire process left me hungry, frustrated, and out $30. For a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, this was a total letdown.
I won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again

These people are making papa johns look terrible. I have never had such bad service at any other locations like I did here. Ordered almost $100 worth of food. Had 2 large pepperoni stuffed crust pizzas. When I had them delivered i had checked them and they were UNDERCOOKED. The dough was not cooked all the way. So I had called the store and they didn't want to own up to their mistake at all and hung up on me. So then my next call was to corporate. We'll they didnt want to own up to it neither. I ordered it through uber as well and they refused to give me a refund for this or even give me some type of credit. So I will be calling my card company. I will also be taking action to this location. These people are horrible.

This is the best hidden jem. We had almost lost hope in Papa John's in the area until we tried this location. They are fresh fast and friendly. The only downer is we can't get it delivered because we are slightly closer to the Parker location and they don't compare. Totally worth the drive. Keep up the good work and we'll see you every week 😉
