Thoroughly surprised and happy that they went above and beyond to fix MY mistakeVegetarian options: Typical veggie options for pizzas. Could have other staples like artichoke or maybe some garlic cloves. But it works

This restaurant has the worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. If I could give them zero stars I would. The manager TJ as well as the rest of the staff could not be worse.
Don't order pizza from this place. We ordered pizza at 6:45 and when we got there to pick it up they told us to wait another 20 minutes... They got the pizza wrong, they had garlic sauce spilled all ocee. And when we called the manager (tj) hung up on us 3 times.

Order wasn't ready at pickup time and/or was wrong, so I had to wait while they re-made one of the pizzas they forgot or somehow lost. Got home and opened the boxes to find one of them was STILL not what we ordered and the other was drowning in a container of garlic sauce that was crushed and leaking and put inside the box that way anyway.Horrible, beyond rude employees across the board, from the girl with the majorly defensive attitude at the cash register and who answered the phone when I called to ask to speak to the manager, to said manager who hung up on me - TWICE! None of them care about their work or about their customers, they have no pride in doing a good job - just a bunch of teen and early 20s burnout punks looking to make a few bucks at a brainless job somewhere. Zero customer service skills. Pizzas were either cold, inedible because they were soaked in garlic sauce, or unable to be eaten because we didn't know what they were and we have food allergies (they weren't what we ordered and when I tried to ask the manager, he said he was too busy, he didn't know, and he hung up on me.)Wish we would have gone to Dion's like we usually do. Will never, ever, EVER go back to this craphole!

PLEASE DON'T ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS STORE!!! My husband and I got food poisoning so badly. We threw up and had stomachache for 3 days. I want to sue them.

If you call their phone number, you can NEVER reach a person for "help with your order", but you can ALWAYS reach a person to "place a new order". Somehow they're unable to hand the phone to anyone who can help if you hit the wrong extension on purpose though. We have ordered from these guys dozens of times and it's 50/50 that you'll get the correct order anywhere near on time.
