My boyfriend got home and found out was missing 1/2 of my order. He had to drive back to store.

I wanna say I was in this location tonight 4pm-4:30 2/11/25 waiting patiently for my food. A very disgruntled man came in yelling about being on hold for longer than he wanted to be. He came in getting an attitude with the guys making the food. These young men handled the situation so well! Got his order out in no time at all after he ordered. I wish I caught some names but if management sees this these guys deserve something cause I woulda lost it the way that guy was going off on them. In fact being a customer I let the guy know how I felt, they were busy and if it was such an issue he should have ordered else where. I’m talking line out the building busy! They were smashing pizzas out! Much respect to them! The food looks amazing and we’re cooking it now.

Papa Murphy’s is my go-to for fresh, high-quality pizza that I can bake at home. The "Take 'N' Bake" concept is perfect—everything is prepared fresh, and I love that I can bake it exactly how I like it. The ingredients are always fresh, and you can taste the difference. I also love how customizable their pizzas are, with options like keto, gluten-free, and thin crust.

The value is fantastic, especially with their frequent deals. You get a lot of food for the price, and it always tastes amazing. Baking it at home is super easy, and the crust comes out crispy and perfect every time. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

A good place to get a quick dinner to take home at a reasonable price. Go on Tuesday for there "any large pie for 10.99" or the Friday $5 thin pizza deal.

Arrived on time for an order placed hours ago for pick up at 5:30. Told the young lady behind the counter my name for an online pickup. She pointed to the rack behind me, that I of course checked first, and said if you ordered online it would be on the cart. She said we don't have an order for my name. You must have ordered at the wrong store. I said I'll be right back as I needed to grab my phone to prove I did indeed have a $75 order in this location. By the time I got back with my phone, she was holding my 4 pizzas and said they were in the back. No apologies, just rude. I asked for plates and she said we don't have plates. Again just rude. I guess I learned my lesson to not put a 25% tip on an online order. Pretty tired of rude customer service and this event was bad enough to write a review. Food was ok as usual, but the young man working was very rude, the computers were down when we first came in, the young lady was nice let us know they'd be up shortly, but dude was rude, didn't bother washing his hands grabbed gloves but touched all over them with dirty hands then put them in. Just gross.

They forgot half our order last night called them they said not thier problem was delivery . Said we need to contact delivery people, but it was a 3rd party used by Papa Murphy, and they said they had no idea who it was. So we got ripped off, no credit refund, nothing. Customer service anymore is a joke. These kids working at places anymore have zero clue on how to do what's right.
