This place has some questionable business practices. I ordered a cake through door dash for an event this evening, as well as a coffee and 2 donuts. When it was delivered I only received my coffee and donuts with a note saying they were out of the cake. They never updated door dash or me, so I was still paying over full price for a cake I never received and this place was happy to steal my money. So glad I tipped $15 for a coffee and 2 donuts. This place is sleazy. I don’t like when businesses steal from their customers. Neither should you.

I am so sad. I discovered this place last week and fell in love, I have already been three times and always drive out of my way for it because it is no where near my house. Today, I picked up an online order and when I got home, realized they missed one of my slices. I called right away. Nayeska answered and was very nice and kept putting me on hold to speak with a manager. I was told they cant confirm or deny my “story” and that I would need to come in tomorrow morning. I asked if they has security cameras and they said yes and they could look at me leaving with the cake. Then, I was put on hold and when they came back, they said the security cameras are down today. I asked for Nayeska’s name as well as the manager (who was speaking spanish) and was told I couldn’t have the managers name because they werent there. I said isnt that who you have been speaking to and Nayeska said yes, but over the phone. I then asked if I could have an email to send photos of my boxes and cake to (because you can clearly tell no more slices would fit in the box) as well as a photo of my recipt, I was willing to provide whatever “proof” they wanted. Nayeska said she was then handing the phone to her manager to give me the email. They manager then told me just to come in tomorrow. I started to explain how far I lived and that I wanted an email, and in the middle of my sentence she said goodbye and hung up. I am so sad because their treats are delicious but I can not support a business that treats their customers this way.

Nice, large selection of sweet and savory pastries and coffees. The varieties vary from time to time and can change while you're there as they refresh the cases as items are sold. I had a coffee croissant donut and a butter pecan latte. The donut was excellent with coffee creme filling and icing and coffee grounds and a whole coffee bean on top. The latte was good, but I probably would have chosen a different one if other flavors had been available.
This is counter service. The cashier was pleasant.
Parking spaces are available in front of the building, but the only open ones are often for handicapped.there is parking in back. It's only a short walk to the front entrance.

Wanted a quick dessert to end the night and saw this place nearby. It was delicious! I went pretty close to closing time, so there wasn't too much available, but it was still worth it. I really enjoyed the croissants and the slice of blueberry yogurt cake. They were both very fresh and soft. The fresh fruit in the cake took it to another level! It comes with an edible chocolate on top with their logo. I will definitely be returning!

I’m not one to complain but I spent about $30 and I tipped for service ahead of time. The cold brew was watered down, the tiramisu tart was bland. Neither were even slightly sweet. The matcha with lavender was flavorful, however I was hoping for an exchange when I brought up the problem with the coffee. I then reordered a caramel macchiato, which was bold in coffee flavor but had almost no sweetness again. I give up lol

This is not the first time we have visited them, we find their cakes delicious that is why we returned, but today, October 5, we had a terrible experience. We arrived at 7 pm...an hour before the bakery closed and it turns out that the chairs were up as if they were about to close...there were no pastries in the display cases...just some hot dog rolls... and some packages of small croissants...and in the store some very delicious vanilla cakes with strawberries and cheesecake, which was what we bought to eat at the place with my husband, the lady was not friendly and gave us a TO GO receipt, so we We served ourselves and ate... in that period of time we counted that 33 people came in and some bought what was left and others simply left. How strange it seemed to us that there was almost nothing...our question is if that was the case or if they had removed it to leave quickly. When we left, I wanted to throw away the trash and the cashier was collecting the trash. She had the bag open in her hands and told me to throw it away at the entrance. What a lack of respect and courtesy to customers. We read a nice message at the entrance about their treatment of customers but it was not fulfilled today. We hope that next time their customer service will be better because their products are of very good quality. Thank you

We been there for a couple of times and everything was ok, but tonight Saturday October 5th. was a bad experience the woman at the front was so rude, I ask for another pastry and she said that's all we have now, and it was 6:45 pm, and until 7:20 there were at least 32 more people to came into the store, and everyone was surprised that there we're nothing to buy. You have at the wall something to say that you are going to treat us as a neighbor...but that never happened with the woman at the front tonight, this is not a good experience, and we been there before at this time or so and we enjoyed good pastries and nice people working there.
