Great sandwiches and boba tea

The staff was very professional,friendly and the service was fast I ordered the Paris and chicken Banh Mi.Both were fresh and outstanding flavor. One of the best Banh Mi's I've had.The prices are very reasonable and the ingredients are very fresh so fresh in fact I brought the sandwiches on a Sunday and didn't eat until Tuesday and the bread,meat and veggies were as fresh as the day purchased. I live near the Airport and won't hesitate to make that drive when I feel the urge for a Great Banh Mi.👏💐

Had the grilled pork banh mi, a key lime pie and a Nutella pastry. I would recommend trying all 3 for sure. The price wasn’t bad at all and the wait time was non existent. The counter staff were very friendly and prompt. My husband and I will certainly return.

Went in to get a cinnamon roll for my son and a couple sandwiches. Numerous staff members walking around, nobody greeted us. Waited at the register as a young man was on a phone call. He did not acknowledge us. We waited until he got off the phone, and he still did not acknowledge us. Rest of staff just standing around in kitchen staring. As we waited, the gentleman at the register made repeated snorting noises and then sneezed into his shirt. He did not wash his hands after he sneezed. At that point, we started walking out. He then started yelling at us that he was sorry. I then let him know that they did't even say hi to us. We were inside for approximately 8 minutes, as the only customers. Went here once before for some pastries and it was fine. We won't go back after today.

This place is 🔥, extremely nice and friendly too! I ordered Ubereats and mad a late switch and the person I spoke to was super kind and did it for me! Tbh this is better banh mi than NYC so that says a lot!

I would like to like this place more because it's so close to my house but I crave Vietnamese iced coffee and this place claims to sell it but it just doesn't taste like Viet iced coffee. They just give me iced milk coffee. I have been to the one in Colorado Springs and they do it right. The banh mi are good though. I'm just highly disappointed in the coffee. I've been twice, the first time I thought was just a fluke so I gave them another chance a week later and it was the same. Also when I ask for the Viet iced coffee they then reply with the iced milk coffee, I did correct them and they said that's what it was and I assure you, it's not what it was.

This was my daughter's favorite place. She saved her money for months to take me her mom on a date night. Months in the making. She finally had enough. We were both so excited. Sadly, we were met with some of the rudest service imaginable. It was so bad my daughter got nervous and couldn't even order. She felt overwhelmed. We will never go back. Its sad. We will absolutely never give a dime to anyone who cant just be halfway kind.

I spoke to soon. Last night my daughter woke up at 1am with the worst tummy pains shes ever experienced. She had only had this to eat and drink. She was so sick all night. Took hours for to get it all out of her litter body. She was sick she could go to school this morning.

If you want food poisoning and horrible service. This is the place for you.

So, im glad your staff remembered us. But, sadly thats not what happened. I aaked for a short sandwich. I was told very rudely that you've never sold sandwiches that way. That could be true. Maybe I shared a sandwich with someone in my family. The way I was told was absolutely unacceptable. Im a reasonable rational person, and i've made mistakes in the past. The way your staff conveyed that information to me was appalling. When your staff was rude to me they then got my child involved. Asking her of maybe I was thinking of a different places. Absolutely unacceptable. My daughter got very upset and couldn't think to order her food and drink. I waited to say anything to your staff. After we got our food I asked my daughter to wait outside and told the guy camly who took our order how rude they were to us and it was disappointing. I told him we would never return. He rolled his eyes and said 'who cares'.

I ate the same thing as my daughter and didn't get sick. But I didn't get a drink. The drink make her so sick I was up with her all night. It was so bad my husband and I took turns being with her over night.

Learning how to take accountability is a very difficult thing. I think your business would strive if you could figure out how to do so. Your staff is rude. And my daughter did get sick and miss school today.And I missed work.

Rude communication from the male staff and the food was improperly prepared; as I have worked and am currently employed in the hospitality industry, I witnessed health department issues.

I saved my money for months to take my mom out to dinner. My mom asked if she could get a half sandwich. The guy behind the counter, not the one who took our order, became very mean to my mother. Telling her in a very rude voice that they have never sold their sandwichs that way. I could see how uncomfortable this made my mom. If my mother's uncomfortable I know something is wrong. I just wanted to do something special for her. I love her so much. I felt horrible taking her here. When it was my turn to order I was afraid they would treat me the same way. They even tried to put me in the middle. I didn't know what to do. I did the best I could to order my food but felt overwhelmed and scared. I ordered a drink with my food. We had planned on eating there. But because of everything we went home. That night I went to bed and had horrible nightmares that my classmates were opening my tummy up. The worst pain in my life. I woke up and got my mom. I had to sit in the bathroom all night. My mom and dad took turns with me. I couldn't go to school today. My mom took care of me and missed work. I wish I took her somewhere else.

I have never felt so disrespected, I'm a very big fan of Vietnamese cuisine. As I walk in to the establishment, I looked at the menu and decided to go to the restroom . As i was heading towards the restroom i was immediately put on the spot light with a loud cashier/attendant as to where I was going, where i respond to the restroom, he quickly responds with it's for customers only, I respond that I am a costumer and he quickly responds with sorry it's company policy right in front of existing customers. I can say that they lost a great costumer, it would have been my first time but I decided to head one to my usual spot a couple of units down to PHO 888, I was just wanting to try a new place and we received with a rude welcoming.
