I bought a ham and Swiss sandwich at work. Pulled some of the lettuce out and found a long hair in the lettuce. Exactly what I was hoping NOT to find. I want my money back.

We recently switched to Peak Refreshments because our last vending provider wasn’t consistent enough, and It’s been one of the worst decisions we’ve made. Peak is dirty, unfriendly, and skipped 3 of our deliveries we will never be using this company again.

Peak manages most beverage and food operations for the company I work for. As a Facilities Manager, Peak is always responsive and easy to work with, and their products and services are a cornerstone of keeping my co-workers happy.

Sells great coffee, roasted in Denver. Makes tasty fresh food prepared locally in Aurora. Can install a micro market in just about any breakroom.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the service provided by Peak Refreshments. The cleanliness and organization every delivery is unmatched. They keep our break room stocked with all kinds of meals, snacks, and drinks and their friendly staff makes the entire experience seamless and pleasant. They truly enhance our break room with their diverse and dependable selections.

Peak Refreshments has been a great addition to our break room. Theres so much variety for snacks, and meal selections. We asked for healthier options, and they came through with adding a Superfood Grain bowl to the fresh food menu which has been a hit, as well as switching out some of our snacks to dried fruits and nuts. I feel their dependability and great customer service make Peak Refreshments products very worth the cost.

Peak refreshments has been at our location for quite some time now and has never let us down. The market they provide has a huge selection of drinks and snacks. They’re always on point with the cleanliness and making sure there’s no expired items lying about. The food is great and so far super reliable. Our main attraction at our building is the coffee, which peak also provides, and there are so many options, the flavors are great and everyone stays happy!

I have Peak Refreshments at my office. It is great to be able to get a good quality meal for lunch. Their meals are priced very well. I would recommend their service to other offices.

Overpriced food and snacks. And it’s rarely stocked up! Been taking my business to 7/11 cause how low stock they’ve been and how are you going to call it a hatch chili burrito if there is no kick to it!! Also why sell items like ramen if you charge for hot water too? And at the very least provide a fork for such items.

I used to love having one of their markets both at my work office and within my apartment building. It was wonderful at work, used it daily. And super convenient early pandemic to have at my building, so I didn’t have to leave. I’d buy something, or multiple things, almost daily some weeks. But this spring/summer they stopped stocking it with their fresh food and changed to gas station style burritos and sandwiches, which I gave a shot at first, and now I just never want food from them anymore. These new selections are rather disgusting -sandwiches seal in plastic with soggy bread, no veggies, and no good flavor, and unidentifiable mush filled burritos (I literally could not tell the varieties apart based on the dog-food-like visual of the fillings) - whereas before their food was fresh and wonderful!I occasionally still buy drinks, as I still have a balance on my Peak Market card to spend, but now they can’t keep Pepsi in stock (probably not on them, I know it has been out at my grocery store too) I just have no desire to even check the market any more. Whenever I do there is nothing I want to buy. Oh and speaking of cards, their reader didn’t work for my Peak Market card for monthssssss. I told my property management about it, and it took forever to be fixed. I would go to buy a drink with my balance and couldn’t. Super frustrating. Eventually I stopped trying altogether. I was not gonna give them MORE money than I already had for their poor selection of overpriced options, especially since they couldn’t seem to fix the method of using my prepaid credit. They say to preload a balance and your items will be discounted prices than paying otherwise, then don’t let you use the credit - Seedy business practice in my eyes.

I've tried buying items at the Orchard Falls building in DTC and their machines fail a lot. Order Cancelled, Order Cancelled. There's nothing wrong with my card and the machines don't accept cash even though there's obviously an insert for it. Totally ridiculous concept. No, you can't steal it and you can't pay for it either!
