Have been here since it opened, For the most part my family and I go there 4-5 times a year and have been to many other PF Chang's as we travel. Last night was a S... Show. We had a party of 6 with a reservation at 600pm. We had to wait until they had a table ready. Had a table for four with a table for two pushed together. Tables we not even with each other, finally seated at a table built for 6. Nice! Now the drinks, 2 Mango Ice teas ordered twice since they just tasted like Black Tea, just delt with it. 6 meals ordered, 2 were correct. 2 were remade but still wrong. The only thing that did not go wrong was our server. I will more than likely drive to Lone Tree if I get the urge,

Wow, worst experience for food quality ive had in a long time and I remember when Senior Ricks was around. Forgot the protein in 2 different dishes for our party of 6. Another patron in our group got chicken instead of beef and the mango ice teas might as well have been water with a lemon wedge. The wait staff was great and did all they could to help but something is clearly wrong in the kitchen.

We liked the food, especially the ribs. Server was nice but food took a very long time to come out. This is close to our home so we like to come here but the restaurant doesn't seem to be doing too well and it's never too busy (that's why we couldn't understand why food took so long.)

We went to PF Chang’s to celebrate Mother’s Day as a family. When we were served one of the entrees, portion sizes were incredibly small and looked like someone just slapped the rice on top of the meat and veges. Even the server was shocked when serving it. Clearly the kitchen was overwhelmed by the amount of orders. The manager came to talk to us and explained it’s a measured 5oz serving size, and didn’t apologize for the way it was served. We let it go. Then they said they ran out of the brown rice option for one of our other meals, so we picked fried rice since we didn’t have a choice. When given the bill, we were charged extra for it. We understand it’s a “holiday” but for a restaurant to not account their ingredients or staff for a busy day is poor planning on their part. On top of that, we had a baby and there were only changing tables in the female restroom. What century are we in? My husband has an equal part in taking care of our kid. He was trying to give me a break since it was Mother’s Day but they didn't have changing tables in the men’s bathroom or even a family restroom. We just wanted a break from the newness of having a newborn and wanted to have a great time at PF Chang’s. We were disappointed. We will not be returning.

We love the chicken lettuce wraps and always order them. Singapore noodles were different and quite good. The new Mongolian trio was good, while the black pepper chicken was very tasty.
Ty for bringing back real desserts. The gf chocolate cake was delicious. Food super fresh and yummy.

Had a fantastic night out with my family for my old man's birthday and, while he was new, Darius did a phenominal job of processing and delivering our orders in a timely manner. We ran him truly ragged and he absolutely killed it. Props to him
Kid-friendliness: We may be a special case but everyone on the staff is exceptional with the children, they stay on task while also entertaining the infants and younger children.
