The food was good. However, the service was not. We ordered soup. Normally, the soup is delivered quickly before the main meal. This time, nothing came to us except the tea we ordered until about an hour after arriving. We kept being told that our food was coming shortly, but it didn't come for an hour. We contacted the manager. He was respectfully apologetic and gave a discount. One soup came for my partner, but mine did not arrive. After the complaint was lodged with management, a soup arrived for me. It was not the type I ordered. We were pressed to make an appointment and just barely made it on time. Part of the delay was due to the order taker not getting the order right and having to come back after 15 min to get clarification requested by the kitchen staff. If it is going to be obvious orders are going to take a long time due to conditions, the staff should be upfront about that instead of repeating your order is coming shortly so people with time limitations can express their concerns. We gobbled our food down and could not fully enjoy it.
It had probably been 10-12 months since we had been to Changs but we have dined here many many times over the years. We did lunchtime specials and while our server was excellent, we found the food to be very bland. It was a good portion and quality, but it just lacked in taste, not what we remember.
They were over an hour behind on reservations and the kitchen was backed up did nothing to compensate for the very long wait!!
6:15pm Reservation 7:20pm we were seated 7:35pm we were informed that the Kitchen was on an additional one hour back up. It was an absolute disaster and we left very disappointed. Management should be embarrassed.
Very typical, but as expected, a good Chang's experience. The food and service were very good as is normal at most Chang's. It was Christmas Eve and the place was packed with very festive diners and a long queue waiting on tables and in the bar area which made it louder than usual but it was fun to be there! Glad we had an earlier reservation🎄😀. The staff did a great job, the kitchen was a little behind due to a massive carry out business as well that night, but the servers and managers were very attentive and kept people informed on timing, etc., overall, a job well done!
Great experience! Meets the needs of vegetarians and GF. When you go, be sure to save room for the Caramel Butter cake --the best!!
The dinimg room is cold at this location. Most guests were still wearing coats to eat. Think the air was still blowing cold. Not sure if a host or manager at front, but very unfriendly attitude. Servers were friendly and helpful.

Food was very bland and it came out actually cold. Service was fine. It was very expensive so we were a bit disappointed.

We went here after the Christmas parade and it was super busy. We had a lot of kiddos with us and over servers and all the staff worked quickly to get us seated and fed despite how busy it was! The server had a smile and constantly checked in on us. We always enjoy the dumplings here

After removing Chinese restaurants from our rotation å few years back, we got the bug recently and visited PF Chang's å couple times during the past month. The restaurant is upscale, without being pretentious. A good combination.
Although fairly busy, we were seated rather quickly. Reservations for dinner are a good idea. Lunch, probably unneeded. Servers are professional, without being overbearing. They are very good at giving ideas on food items and drink choices.
Non-alcoholic drinks, although bottomless, are still on the pricey side. We had pomegranate lemonade and peach boba breeze, both of which were $6.49. The chicken lettuce wraps are definitely a highlight. Although not the easiest to eat, they are well worth the effort. The flavorful meat, with a little sauce are such a devine flavor surrounded by the crunchy lettuce. Would recommend the full size order! They do have lunch specials which seem to come in around $14 a plate. Decent price for this day and age. They have fairly large servings, but not overboard. Typically entrees include Pad Thai, Beef & Broccoli, Kung Pao Chicken and Changs Chicken. Although there are chilis in many dishes, they are not overly spicy. The presentation is wonderful and fortune cookies are thrown in to end the meal.
A nice getaway with a huge outdoor seating area. Conveniently located in the Southlands area, we will return!
