The food was good. However, the service was not. We ordered soup. Normally, the soup is delivered quickly before the main meal. This time, nothing came to us except the tea we ordered until about an hour after arriving. We kept being told that our food was coming shortly, but it didn't come for an hour. It had probably been 10-12 months since we had been to Changs but we have dined here many many times over the years. We did lunchtime specials and while our server was excellent, we found the food to be very bland. It was a good portion and quality, but it just lacked in taste, not what we remember.

Very typical, but as expected, a good Chang's experience. The food and service were very good as is normal at most Chang's. It was Christmas Eve and the place was packed with very festive diners and a long queue waiting on tables and in the bar area which made it louder than usual but it was fun to be there! Glad we had an earlier reservation🎄😀. The staff did a great job, the kitchen was a little behind due to a massive carry out business as well that night, but...
