I always told myself I would never come back to this pho place ever again after the first incident I had here but 7 or 8 years ago but I gave them another try and it was as disappointing as the first time. I ordered the summer rolls which are spring rolls but they didn’t clean their shrimp! So disappointing

They’re stingy with the sriracha sauce… Plus poor customer service… 👎🏽 Never coming back again….

Oh man, I got the large and wow! I didn't know they made bowls that big! Food was fantastic too! And for a cheap price!! There's very little atmosphere, and service is bit lax, but thats obviously because this place is all about the food, and they totally nail it! Go get yourself something good to eat.

So, i went here with my friend to try it out. I got the rare steak and tendon and everything went well, the broth was great, but i saw i had gotten brisket instead of steak in my bowl. I let my waiter know and instead of apologizing and switching it, he tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the steak. Please, i know the difference in taste and looks between the two. He even brought out the difference between steak and brisket because the chef had doubted my judgment, which made me feel uncomfortable. Thankfully, another waiter listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. He even made an excuse that the other mightve had a bad day. I do understand that everyone has a bad day, which is why I was calm when I complained about my food, but please be open to listening to a complaint without the need to invalidate a customer’s feelings. Great place but service could be better.

This place used to be my favorite pho spot but 9/10 times the meat is bad and has a rotten taste. The broth is delicious and service is fast and efficient

This place has gone way downhill. Ordered take out. Egg rolls were saturated in grease and burnt. Meat smelt funky. There are far better pho places in Aurora, because this is NOT it
Food was delicious and service was friendly and attentive to our family. We ordered several appetizers and I wish they would have cleared the app plates to give us more space on the table. Pricing was amazing for the quality and amount of food we ordered!
