I'm really sad about this one, I was excited to try this place because we just moved closer to this area and there's so many positive reviews. The crab cheese wonton was really sweet and didn't have much flavor apart from really rich cream cheese. The seafood pho broth tasted really sweet compared to any I've had before and pretty bland, the shrimp weren't fully deveined. My husband ordered rare steak and brisket and they gave him the tripe and steak, the broth for his was bland and overall disappointing.
Pho soup was delicious 😋 Nhan was very fast providing service. I love the place, and service is fantastic!! I will definitely will back on my next visit to my beautiful Colorado.
