When we were finally greeted and sat down we were the only guests in the restaurant. It took several minutes for someone to bother taking our order. Lemonade came out with a 4 inch piece of “plastic” in the cup. They brought us a new one when I flagged someone down , but didn’t take the drink off the bill. After the food was delivered, with a finger in each bowl, we weren’t checked in on once until they came by with the bill. I said let me give you my card now but they just walked off. The staff were all huddled at a table with their children eating and watching tv on phones etc. It was very clear they do not care about the guests. I do not recommend eating here. Food was mediocre.

Good music, good food, good service. The Pad Thai had the perfect level of spiciness. The soups are huge

Our Go-To Spot for Comforting Pho and More

This is hands down our go-to Pho restaurant, and for good reason. While many places in this category can feel similar, this one consistently stands out and always hits the spot for us.

The experience starts the moment you walk in and see the beautiful fish tank—a calming and welcoming touch. It’s usually pretty easy to grab a table, though the last two times we visited, they were so busy we had to wait about 10 minutes. Honestly? We didn’t mind at all! Watching the hustle and care of the staff while we waited made it clear how hard they work, and they’re often joined by their families, which adds a heartwarming, community vibe to the place.

The service here has always been fantastic. The staff are attentive, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making sure you enjoy your meal. We love encouraging them as they work, and their efforts really shine through in the dining experience.

As for the food, it’s the kind of menu where you can’t go wrong. We’ve tried a variety of dishes, including their comforting Pho, fresh and flavorful Spring Rolls, savory Pad Thai, hearty Udon, and several other delights. Everything we’ve tried has been a hit, so don’t be afraid to branch out and experiment with something new on the menu.

If you’re looking for a spot where you’ll feel welcome, well-fed, and eager to come back, this is the place. Whether you’re craving a steaming bowl of Pho or just exploring the menu, you’re in for a treat!

Food was great and served quickly

Kid-friendliness: Posting a pic as I was unsure if this was stroller/infant friendly. They could probably work with a stroller but we ended up laying the baby on the booth.

The Pho was very good- my deduction of one star is because there were four of us dining and we all had Pho but they delivered all the veggies, herbs, limes &jalapeños on one plate. I don’t generally like to share things like this with multiple people because I have an issue with clean hands and it was also difficult to reach.
The service was good until we finished our meals and all our plates and bowls were left on the table for the next 30 minutes while we finished our conversation & boba teas / cà phê. The atmosphere was my least favorite: dirty exterior bathroom doors as well as the exhaust fan in the ladies room- disgusting. Restroom are probably the easiest part of a restaurant to maintain, importantly so because of what they are mostly used for and EVERYONE CAN SEE THEM! What is in the back that no one but employees see? Also the temperature of the restaurant was exceedingly hot! Even when I first arrived it was too warm, let alone after eating Pho.
I would absolutely go back for the cà phê sữa đặc (which is the most authentic and delicious I’ve had outside Vietnam) and the pho was good but as someone who has trouble sharing a plate using fingers, the cleanliness of the restaurant turns me away.

Food is delicious I've eaten here twice. The only issue is I don't eat pork so I asked for the vegetable egg rolls bit into it and it was pork. Outside of that I highly recommend eating here

As soon as we walked in yesterday, employees stared at my service dog. The waitress came over to ask if the dog was a service dog, when I replied yes, she proceeded to say that the owner and the manager didn’t allow service dogs in the restaurant and we were only allowed to sit outside. Apparently they recently changed this rule even though it is against the law. Be aware! And I hope they revisit laws pertaining to service dogs before someone else decides to sue them.

First time visit. Dined in. The place looks a little worn on the inside but we came to eat, not critique the walls lol.

We had the brisket pho’s, beef lo mein, potstickers, and cheese rangoons.

The Pho was decently sized with a basic broth. You can add your own hoisin or sriracha if needed. It had a good amount of noodles and does the job.

The beef lo mein was cold and underdone. Basic Chinese flavor but tasted good. If the noodles were taken care of properly, this would’ve been great.

The appetizers were a little overpriced. $1.50 per basic potsticker. Should’ve been $1 max for the quality and presentation.

Overall, an okay place with different Taiwanese, Vietnamese, and Chinese options.

Food is average, and they made my order wrong. Won’t go again if you are in the mood for pad Thai or anything just drive to cafe ambrosía way better and double the amount
