Loved the food here, we got pho n8 both times and sesame chicken, combination lo mein the pho is really good, meat is always fresh but the cilantro in it might be overwhelming for some (I think you can ask for them to not put it) The portion sizes are great, food is really tasty especially the lo mein! I wish they put more shrimps in it tho, I only got 3 shrimps in mine. Sesame chicken is a great pick also, the rice on the side was perfect and the chicken was crunchy and perfect savory/sweet taste Service is okay I wish they gave bigger portions of sprouted wheat, both times we got a handful of them on a really small plate (you can see in the photo) Overall it’s nice

The food is consistently delicious — everything tastes fresh and comforting. Their pho is hands down the best I’ve ever had, truly unbeatable. Please save your money. This place literally scams you. I ordered a children’s pho because I’m not able to finish normal sizes and usually at every single pho place I’ve ever been, they give me the condiments and veggies on the side. This place gave only noodles and chicken with broth but still charged me $10 for a children’s pho. When I called that I hadn’t received the rest of my pho order. They said “ oh we don’t put veggies with kids orders because kids don’t like veggies” so they charge the full price for only giving you half of what you think you’re paying for.

It’s so sad that places like this don’t care about good customer service anymore, they don’t greet you and they aren’t friendly. There are 1 or 2 waitresses that are somewhat nice but the rest of the staff just seem to have an attitude and are rude as if we’re bothering them for coming in to have a good family dinner. They ask for your order, drop the food off and that’s it! No refills, they don’t ask how everything is or if you need anything else. I’ve given them many chances to see if they’ll improve or maybe they just had an off night but nope, same bland service that matches their bland pho! Our family will not be returning to this location, I’m done trading money for terrible service!

Got take out, took 5 min for the kid to come up, didn’t greet me, just rudely asked for what my order was. I don’t tip on take out until I see that the order is correct, he was PISSED I didnt tip him, so when my order came out he held it behind the counter for an additional 11 minutes, I asked multiple times for it, and he said “I’ll get to it” and then continued to just stand there. Finally his mom came out after seeing me for awhile and asked what my order was, he didn’t look up as she gave me my order, and they forgot multiple things about my order, food quality once it was home was obviously not great with him holding the food back, and the service was atrocious, not even in the top 25 for pho in Aurora!

One of the WORST pho restaurants I've ever been to and we gave this place many chances because we love pho but sadly to say the service was horrible we waited 15 minutes while 4 other people's tables that were after us ALL got there food before us and even finished eating by the time ours came out, we had 1 napkin each no straws nothing and also forgot our request for the onion oil and on top of that this asian lady with glasses kept bumping into my gf chair without even apologizing and seemed to have a grumpy attitude. Never even once came to refill our waters or ask if we needed anything else.

11/29/2025 very busy tonight, understandable because is cold. But doesn’t give them the excuse of slow service when there was 5 bus or server that was running around taking orders and bringing food out. We waited 15 minutes for 2 medium bowls of meatball pho after appetizers. It seems though they like to serve non Asian over Asian people like themselves. 4 tables (not Asian) that ordered after us their food came out and they finished their appetizers too. They forgot one of the add on that I requested. Spring rolls isn’t worth while for the price and broth was starchy, nothing much too it. Not worth the time and money, this will be the last time. We rarely go here because it sucks thought this time around would’ve been better but still the same, nothing had change.

Rude and very disrespectful. We got sat and ignored by everyone, while 3 different white tables that arrived after got attended before us. Could of been a an oversight, I didn’t think it was racism yet but when I brought it up to an employee, I was met with hostility and rudeness. I wasn’t here asking for a free meal, why be so hateful towards us without cause? Out order was all wrong but I was too afraid to speak up for myself again.

Pho is mediocre at best. The broth tastes watered down and the beef was bland. The pho sample from Costcos was better. Also, spring rolls are normally my favorite, but this time didn’t even want to finish them. Pork in the spring roll tastes like lunch meat.
