Phở Vy - Aurora

Decided to give this place a try for lunch, but it was a disappointment. The pho (steak/meatball), wontons, and potstickers were just okay—nothing I’d crave again. The service was the real kicker; the vibe when walking in to pick up my order was so indifferent it made me feel unwelcome. Plenty of other spots in town actually seem to value their customers

Been coming here couple times already, love their pho.
But their customer service needs to get better.
Came in today to pick up my order like usual, yeah, I get it. You guys are busy. But still.. it’s been 20 min since I ordered, and I get there, and the guy at the counter just asked me “ What do you want?” I proceed and tell him I already placed an order online and I’m here to pick up, and he just proceeds to tell me they don’t have anything under my name and walk away even when I’m trying to get my confirmation email pulled up. He comes back, checks the cashier and finally prints my order and puts on the kitchen. You could have at least say something?

My family loves Pho Vy!! This restaurant provides simple, delicious food and serves the BEST dumplings! Their staff is so friendly, and they’re very efficient. Love the boba! It’s not overloaded with sweeteners like most places. Definitely our go-to restaurant!

Always ordered pho at Pho Vy at Cornerstar. It's delicious, but wanted to try something new this time.

Ordered the diced steak with rice noodles, grilled pork chop with rice, and the spring rolls.

The slightly charred diced Filet Mignon was crispy on the outside, but tender and juicy inside, with wok-fried aroma. Paired with rice noodles drizzled in their special fish sauce, it was surprisingly tasty and satisfying.

The pork chop was tender, well marinated with smoky charcoal notes, coupled with the sweet and tangy fish sauce, the overall taste was complex and refreshing.

The spring rolls were generously filled with ingredients and were delicious as usual.

The place was packed with customers early Sunday afternoon, but the service was prompt and courteous.

Will try some of their curry dishes next time. Pho Vy is in the Cornerstar Shopping Center at Arapahoe and Parker.

The food is excellent. It’s easily five stars. The chicken fried rice was amazing. The beef and meatball Pho was solid.
What wasn’t good was the service. It was horrific. We ordered including drinks. The drinks never came. After the food arrived I asked for the drinks. The waiter was like “oh yeah” then started to help numerous people check out before even starting the drinks. It took another 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. We were almost done with the meal by that point. I looked around and no one had drinks other than water. They knew.

We will go again but we will know not to order drinks. Just water.

The food was great. I was served by a waiter named Phuc, He is a tall young man with glasses, He was very polite and nice to be around. The atmosphere was good overall no complaints, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice Vietnamese place to eat!

Don't expect to eat here if it's within and hour and a half of closing. They lock the doors. Completely unprofessional, don't post your hours if you're not going to abide by them.

My first time at this place. The food was amazing and the owner knows her everyday customers. She interacts with everyone when you come in the restaurant. Workers were great and polite. Will bring my kiddos here soon. The owner makes you feel very comfortable and special. I came to this place to finish up my files for work together with my coworker. We each brought our laptops. Great environment and yrs you can bring your laptop for work and they’ll give you their WiFi upon request. I felt at home while working on my laptop and enjoying my meal. 10/10 👌🏾

This is my favorite pho place. The pho is incredible. The best I've ever had. A lot of the other options and appetizers are also very good. The service is hit or miss, but the food is more than worth it. Also lots of Gluten free and Dairy free options.

Overall, it just seems like they're trying to cut corners by reusing stuff when it shouldn't be reused. They use vermicelli noodles (the ones in spring rolls) instead of pho noodles in the pho... it's just wrong. The taste is off and they don't work as well as pho noodles with the broth. The beef broth is good, but the vegetarian broth is basically just water. Other pho places have much better vegetarian broth. They give fish sauce with their spring rolls instead of the usual peanut sauce, so that was weird and different from the many other pho restaurants we've been to too

This my favorite Pho place. I’ve been to many Pho locations and no one else in the area does it like the workers at Pho Vy! My partner and I come in at least once a week, it’s that delicious! Every time we are met w phenomenal service, cleanliness, and amazing food! The boba is always delicious and we always leave happy and satisfied. 😊

Sign says wait to be seated. Young man hands me a menu and says sit down anywhere. Ok not a good first impression. Brings a water and takes my order. Sets food down and walks away never to be seen again. Place is not clean and neither are the restrooms. Kids sitting on his phone is too busy to put paper towels in the men’s room. Older man and woman are working hard in the kitchen. Based on the reviews prior to mine this place is doomed.

The food was spectacular, and the service was positively wonderful. They were very kind and helpful, and were very attentive. The food came out very quickly, and was delicious. The portions were great, and I'd definitely come back. The atmosphere was fantastic as well, it was very easy to talk with each other. Would definitely recommend!
