Phở Vy - Aurora

This is my favorite pho place. The pho is incredible. The best I've ever had. A lot of the other options and appetizers are also very good. The service is hit or miss, but the food is more than worth it. Also lots of Gluten free and Dairy free options.

Overall, it just seems like they're trying to cut corners by reusing stuff when it shouldn't be reused. They use vermicelli noodles (the ones in spring rolls) instead of pho noodles in the pho... it's just wrong. The taste is off and they don't work as well as pho noodles with the broth. The beef broth is good, but the vegetarian broth is basically just water. Other pho places have much better vegetarian broth. They give fish sauce with their spring rolls instead of the usual peanut sauce, so that was weird and different from the many other pho restaurants we've been to too

This my favorite Pho place. I’ve been to many Pho locations and no one else in the area does it like the workers at Pho Vy! My partner and I come in at least once a week, it’s that delicious! Every time we are met w phenomenal service, cleanliness, and amazing food! The boba is always delicious and we always leave happy and satisfied. 😊

Sign says wait to be seated. Young man hands me a menu and says sit down anywhere. Ok not a good first impression. Brings a water and takes my order. Sets food down and walks away never to be seen again. Place is not clean and neither are the restrooms. Kids sitting on his phone is too busy to put paper towels in the men’s room. Older man and woman are working hard in the kitchen. Based on the reviews prior to mine this place is doomed.

The food was spectacular, and the service was positively wonderful. They were very kind and helpful, and were very attentive. The food came out very quickly, and was delicious. The portions were great, and I'd definitely come back. The atmosphere was fantastic as well, it was very easy to talk with each other. Would definitely recommend!

Pho Vy is an absolute five-star delight! I got the beef rice platter. Juicy, tender slices of perfectly seasoned beef rest atop steamed rice and vibrant veggies, all complemented by savory sauce and crisp garnishes. Every bite delivers satisfying flavor and great balance — highly recommend!

I come here weekly but the pho was bland and no flavor this time so i left a .20 cent tip

The chicken pho was great, very flavorful broth, food came out quickly. The waitress was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Will be going back for sure.

I just came here with my friend. We walked in nobody greats us and just tells us to sit wherever. the lady walks up and asks us what we want we asked for an appetizer, but when she came up with our appetizer and we asked for our actual meal and she raised her voice and gave attitude.when we were going to leave all of them were eating and we had to wait till they were done just for us to pay and leave. food was good but service sucks !!

I think this place must be under new management. The food was ok, but the place was pretty dirty, and the kids running it were just not very good at cleaning, organizing, etc.

It makes me cringe when I see restaurants use the same nasty dish rag too wipe off an entire chair that kids just spilled food and had their dirty lil hands all over and then proceed to just wipe every table and the menu...lol, gross!

Floors were very dirty, the windows, the kitchen and counter areas were just messy.

Nice ppl, the food was ok, but the atmosphere was just dirty abs disorganized.

For these reasons I doubt we'll be back to this location.

I will not go back. Food was OK, although the menu said what I ordered would have sweet potatoes in it and mine did not. Service sucked. I ordered to go, cashier said it would take 10-15 minutes, and 25 minutes later he handed me a bag I had observed sitting on the counter many, many minutes, probably accounting for the 10 minute difference in the estimated time and the actual time. When I asked him about it, he said, yeah, but he had been rushing to serve food to tables. Rushing too much to just hand me a bag that had already been paid for, and tipped for?! Or just call my name to go get it myself?! This is why I usually do not tip until I get my food, even if it means trying to always have cash, which is how I prefer to pay all of my tips anyway and servers seem to appreciate, and I usually think the best of servers, but this has reinforced my distrust of tipping in advance. And there were no eating utensils or napkins in my to go order.
