The guy at the counter is very rude. He gave my food to go with no utensils or condiments. When asked he gave attitude. I'll find someplace else to go sorry.

This pho place is like a Dime a dozen! I will notBe coming back! Customer service sucks!This afternoon, I came in to get some Pho and had a terrible experience due to the poor customer service of the wait staff. I noticed that the chair I was to be sat in was very dirty and kindly asked the host/waiter to wipe it off. He was terribly rude, telling me to sit down and calling me picky. He then asked if I was going to pay, like if was going to pay him to clean it off? He finally just switched the chair out. We got our food, and it was good, not great, and then when we got the bill, I noticed that it already included a tip. I paid it, but will not return after this experience.

I love this place! the pho is delicious and i like the cream cheese wontons. they are a good option if you have a shellfish allergy. also great prices.

Reluctant to post this but I think I should...we love Pho and know how it should taste. We were the first to dine at the Aurora location at around 5:00pm. We had to ask for Menus after sitting at a table for 10min...when our orders of Pho arrived...we had to ask for utensils...we also had to ask for all the garnishes for the Pho...nobody else was in the restaurant yet...and they were not setting up for dinner either. The Pho was definitely off...had a very odd flavor...a flavor that is hard to describe. We told the waiter and he offered to get another bowl for my wife...this second bowl tasted worse! Waiter explained they had "two" pots of Pho....what one bad and another worse??? He said nothing changed with recipe...but it was not right. It made my wife sick for three days afterwards. They offered to remove the cost of the Pho from the bill which was nice. The combination of really bad service and bad Pho has put this location on our "no go" list unfortunately.

I been coming here for awhile amazing pho but the bald waitress guy always gives me attitude for no reason, I just left right now I always order the same thing which is a small pho with no meat it's always 12$ he charged me 15$ today, didn't give me a receipt and he walked away right before i wanted to say something, this guy tipped himself without my consent. He needs to get fired. This is the last time I'm coming here. Unbelievable

I ordered the Vietnamese pancakes online where it said the order comes with two. When I got there I found they had only given me one, and when I asked why, the person behind the counter said that the online menu was old, and refused to give me another. Misleading, and worse yet, petty.The food is so-so but the service is worse. Go a little bit further north to find other places with more authentic food and way better service.

This place is amazing! The pho broth has just the right amount of flavor, and the noodles are cooked just right, not too hard and not too soft like some of the other pho restaurants I’ve been to. Best comfort food especially when it’s chilly out. The customer service is always on point and all staff is friendly, Ronnie is one of best servers, come visit him if you ever stop by. Clean environment, good vibes.
