Price discrepancies every time I get large chicken pizza . Timothy served me last two times I went to this place to get same item but different prices. Ranging from $12 to $19 .65 . When asked about the prices difference he said no price changes and the item has been sold with same price over years . I couldn’t argue more because I know the amount I have been paying to get same pizza for more than a year from this place . They could have even track in their system how much I have they charged me for the same pizza over times . Disappointed! They are willing to listen to customers! No more going to this place !

Owner/Manager charged me for napkins and utensils. I saw multiple blonde hairs in my wings and pizza, when I asked for a refund or a replacement order I was yelled at by the manager and company until finally paying for another pizza double the price of the original. I don’t ask for a fine dinning experience but human decency which there was a lack of at the Pizza Hut location.

Spent $40 for dry pizza, dry boneless wings had to pay .85 cents for extra sauce, and very dry chicken alfredo pasta. Since when does a $7.99 5 count bread sticks not come with marinara sauce. Worker was rude. Paid online and he tried to say we had a balance of $4.00. I will NEVER go back to this Pizza hut location again!!!

Disappointing to say the least. Mainly because 3 out of 3 orders purchased at various times on various days of the week were all extremely late. It took an hour this last time to get 1 pizza ready.

Ordered delivery, never arrived called 4 times never answered, drive to store and was told manager cancelled order then went home! Never order from pizza hut again. Too many other pizza delivery places that are better.

When I arrived on News Years Eve to pick up my food the guy at the desk was forced to temporarily close the place in order to get a computer problem fixed. He actually let me wait inside while being on the phone with their IT department, and I left him alone because the more time he talks to those people the quicker all our problems get fixed. He got it fixed in a timely manner, I got my food, and my evening was great because we were not hungry. As a side note I would have probably got my pizza faster if I had paid for it when I ordered it online rather than paying for it there. One or two people came in, their pizza was ready AND paid for, so they got it and left while I had to wait. LOL!
Well pizza was solid but um.. Idk if I've ever seen wings done this lazy

Can't follow basic delivery instructions, or orders. Ringing door bell to wake the little one. If you're going to charge for condiments, make sure you deliver them. Hate tipping prior to delivery due to poor service. Give me my tip back and my money for ranch.

Delivery They use *DoorDash for delivery and don’t tell you until after order is placed. So I got a text message from DoorDash saying my address is hard to find, and to call a number with directions to my home. So I call and the door dasher don’t speak English, so I sent a text hoping they have a translator app, apparently they don’t. Another text message from DoorDash my home is hard to find. Pizza finally arrived late and cold.
