I paid for a large pan pizza and was given a hand tossed. I wouldn't be complaining if the pizza was good but it wasn't, It tasted awful. I'd rather eat Little Ceasars or Domino's, at least those pizzas have a decent flavor. If I ever decide to order from this Pizza Hut again I'll be checking the pizza is correct before I leave the store.

Due to the power outage yesterday I wasn’t able to get my order. I showed up to pick up my food and that’s when the outage happened. The guy there told me he was gonna return all orders and money back. I tried to call today just to confirm about the outage but the phone rang but no one answered me all day today ! Not sure what to do !

Does this look like a large 2 topping pizza and 10.99 wings and a liter of starry. No it does not. I waited over an hour to be delivered this for 3 people I paid $35.93. I had to drive to the location for a solution and I was approached by some kid with a dirty coat justifies the order, im not sure who is running this store but there needs to be some changes. You can start buy refunding my money! DONT BUY HERE! GROSS AND DIRTY.

I am the President of Emergence Co, a non-profit hosting support groups for DV survivors. The ball was dropped for our first group's food, and one hour before starting, we realized we had nothing to serve. This location stepped up and donated 10 pizzas last minute for our survivors and their children. This took so much stress off of us and provided a comfort meal to women and children experiencing the most difficult times in their lives. Thank you so, so much! Not only for your generosity but also for the last-minute accommodations. We here at Emergence cannot thank you enough

I have been coming to this pizza hut for years and they always manage to do wrong with my order and it’s always the simplest thing. I always want extra sauces on pizza because if not it’s too dry and they ALWAYS manage to not put extra sauce. It’s a simple instruction and they have always been doing this to me for years and I have never complained about it until now. The Pizza Hut on Iliff always impressed me. I’ve done 20 orders there now and they have not let me down especially on something so simple. If you want something done right go to Iliff.

Hire more drivers and in store employees. Stop being so cheap and ruining our experience with DoorDash. I’ve done everything from picking up to having delivery… It shouldn’t take an hour and a half to get a Pizza. We can tell when a pizza has been sitting for 30+ minutes. Disgusting. Hire more people. Better management. The in store employees are doing their best but whoever owns this place needs to stop looking at dollar signs and start thinking about overall quality. It starts at the top. I hope to come back to this review and give you a 5 star rating in the future. Thank you for responding

I have been a regular of this Pizza Hut location fir 3+ years because it was better than another location closer. But after tonight, Pizza Hut has lost my business.

I placed an order for carry out through the mobile app (as I normally do). Order was processed and app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at location after 25 mins expecting order to be ready. The location was busy and my order was not yet ready. I was told 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, still no order. Another employee pulls up my order and dissappears to the kitchen. 20 mins later (now in store 30 mins) another employee asks for my name looks up order and dissappears to kitchen. ANOTHER 10 mins later, another employee asks for my name and now phone number to pull up order. He finds it and again, dissappears to kitchen. After 5 mins comes back with both pizzas ordered. No apology for wait, just shows the pizzas and slides them to me. Less than 5 min drive home and I realize the pizzas are barely even warm. Not fresh pizzas as I had expected after having waited for over 40 minutes in store, but pizzas that had appeared to have been lost for 40 mins, found and then just handed to me as if the problem had been solved. Only after calling back and talking to the manager (who remembered me) was I given a refund for pizza that is barely edible.

I went into my neighborhood Pizza Hut after placing a carryout order for just a flatz pizza. There was a man assisting a customer at one register, and a woman standing at the other, I stood in front of the woman, she walked off, a man came in after me and the man at the first register assisted him. When he was done with the customer I informed him the aforementioned and told him the woman was rude and I was before the man he just assisted, no response, asked my name, provided it, then he requested my number, provided that as well, since I was overlooked I said to the man , if my order is not ready, I will take a refund, he said okay it'll take 7-10 business days, I inquired why and while still in mid sentence, he started stating their refund policy, at this point, I'm upset because this is just ridiculous, told him we both cannot speak at the same time and if me, the customer is speaking, maybe he should be quiet and listen. He kept talking over me to which a female with burgundy hair came over and stated she is the manager, and the first thing I can do is calm down, I'm not hollering but I am rightfully upset as I forgot to mention the initial woman came back to the second register and started assisting someone else, I had informed her that when I came in I stood right in front of her and she walked off and that was rude, she laughed it off and I told her it was not funny. Please understand that had she not laughed in my face and he had not spoke over me, and then the so call manager tell me to calm down, I would not have got upset. We're talking about 1 little flatbread pizza. I was told he would give me a refund and to not come back into the store again, best believe, I won't ever order from Pizza Hut or visit that store ever again. This could have been a teachable moment for both employees but turned into a lost customer for life and I mean that, I don't go where I'm not welcome.

Wait for about 20 minutes for my order?!?! Crazyyyyyyy!!! Especially the lady with the red hair with glasses just sitting down not being attentive of the people coming in is crazy !!!! Another worker came in to help me after noticing I was there and pulled out my order quickly
