Disappointing to say the least. Mainly because 3 out of 3 orders purchased at various times on various days of the week were all extremely late. It took an hour this last time to get 1 pizza ready.

Ordered delivery, never arrived called 4 times never answered, drive to store and was told manager cancelled order then went home! Never order from pizza hut again. Too many other pizza delivery places that are better.

When I arrived on News Years Eve to pick up my food the guy at the desk was forced to temporarily close the place in order to get a computer problem fixed. He actually let me wait inside while being on the phone with their IT department, and I left him alone because the more time he talks to those people the quicker all our problems get fixed. He got it fixed in a timely manner, I got my food, and my evening was great because we were not hungry. As a side note I would have probably got my pizza faster if I had paid for it when I ordered it online rather than paying for it there. One or two people came in, their pizza was ready AND paid for, so they got it and left while I had to wait. LOL!

Can't follow basic delivery instructions, or orders. Ringing door bell to wake the little one. If you're going to charge for condiments, make sure you deliver them. Hate tipping prior to delivery due to poor service. Give me my tip back and my money for ranch.

Delivery They use *DoorDash for delivery and don’t tell you until after order is placed. So I got a text message from DoorDash saying my address is hard to find, and to call a number with directions to my home. So I call and the door dasher don’t speak English, so I sent a text hoping they have a translator app, apparently they don’t. Another text message from DoorDash my home is hard to find. Pizza finally arrived late and cold.

The topping variety is small and lacks a lot of favorites. They also use Doordash to do some deliveries, so my food always arrives cold and late. The worst part is they don't tell you about they're doing it until you place the order and won't let you cancel it.
Full staff inside, still had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come up and give me my food. Didn't understand all of the people and the cashier was also the dishwasher.

The delivery guy didn't speak English. He also didn't have any change and I was paying cash. So, I was forced to tip him either $1 or $20. Went with $20 so, that was annoying. Be prepared!!! Also they charged me for an extra pizza I didn't want or need. Didn't notice till after he left. Oh well.

How discussing customer service is horrible I was inside at the store for 20 minute. There was another female customer to inside. She was waiting for 50 minutes. I see him. Employee walking around. I see couple times the cashier was walking around and there is no one to help you I was trying to place the order finally after 35 minutes he showed up in. He took my order and after 55 minutes finally I got my order. Wish I can give him zero star.

Gilbert Fdrnandez went over and beyond with customer service, he helped the driver who's app on the door dash gave the wrong location to my home. He stayed on the phone with both of us! relayed directions to the driver from me. He is an outstanding person and I will definitely eat here again. The pizza was still HOT !! ?
