If I could give negative stars I would, I watched an employee drop someones wings on their dirty counter and then picked them up with his bare hands and then proceeded to pack them into a bag and give them to the doordasher for the customer, I finally had to say something to have them remade. After asking the if they were going to remake them the employee insisted that the counters are cleaned every morning and night... like that makes it alright that he dropped the wings and touched them with his bare hands. Below is their oh so clean counter.

Pizza had no sauce so dry we threw it away! I am so upset we cooked all week for thanksgiving hoping for an easy night! We called the Pizza Hut and they were so nice on the phone she replace our pizza in 30 minutes! They were so helpful, the second pizza was much better.

I ordered two pizzas for my family through the app the app said it would be ready in 30 minutes I arrived at the store 40 mins after my order was placed and the app said my food was ready. The person at the desk told me they were a little behind and I would have to wait 25 mins minimum for my pizza. I told them no and that is extremely disappointing as I needed to get back home to my family so long story short I had to go back home to my family with no food in hand because this couldn’t be communicated to me by phone or anything that my food wasn’t going to be ready when it said it would. Waste of fuel and waste of time.

One of the pizzas barely had any sauce, and didn’t have the extra cheese that I paid for. The cheesesticks look like they were reheated. There was no one at the register for a few minutes. I’m disappointed I’m not getting my pizza how I ordered it especially since I paid extra for extra cheese.

I seriously called to ask how old they hired, it was not even a prank call I just needed a job and as soon as I asked they hung up on me like immediately. That was so rude and disrespectful, I have a speech impediment so I’m unsure if it sounded like I was saying something else or if it seemed like a prank call but it was not.
