No wonder this place can’t even get 3 stars, has a bunch of idiots working there. Called to figure out where two of our food items are, left on hold for over 15 minutes and then when I called back they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Don’t even get me started on the MESS that was delivered, can’t even call it food it was terrible and just thrown in the box. Get better workers, these ones couldn’t even manage a lemonade stand if you asked them to.

They left me waiting in line for about 20 minutes. The worst thing is that when I arrived I saw that they had the phone off the hook, (that's why they didn't answer my husband either). The boy forgot! - He didn't even apologize and attended to me in a hurry, it must be added that the place looks dirty and dusty and they didn't give me my pizza properly.

We ordered pizza Friday 1/03/24 around 10 pm through the Pizza Hut app. We were waiting for what seems like forever when we finally went to check to see if maybe someone delivered it. It was sitting on our doorstep for half an hour. This was annoying but we overlooked it, until we checked our cameras for a package we were expecting.
The delivery driver didn’t ring our doorbell because they STOLE A PACKAGE from our doorstep and then LEFT THE PIZZA TO GET COLD. I’m guessing they didn’t ring the doorbell because they were STEALING from us. We have video evidence.
This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with this location. We’ve had many good or decent experiences until now. I know they out source to door dash drivers but they seriously need to fix this as this is completely unacceptable.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at Pizza Hut. Every time I visit, Tabby is incredibly helpful and kind, making my visits even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent service, and it never goes unnoticed. I come here often because of the great food and welcoming atmosphere, and Tabby always adds to that. Since the new management took over my experience is always wonderful. Thank you for having such a wonderful team!

Two separate occasions the manager has had to credit my account due to rude drivers or missing food or messed up food. The manager seems to want to make it right, I will stick with Mississippi and Sable. Turns out they are being renovated and we went in for pick up and the manager was amazing and made our pizza it was amazing! If you need a job and you have a car she is hiring!
Consistently great. Only bummer is when asking for extra marinara sauce on the pizza they put either the same or less. If there was a paid option id take it but since its free i guess they dont mind skimping out. People working are often really nice. Never waited extremely long.

Ordered 2 large tavern pizzas and 4 drinks. $53 worth plus $10 tip....when they arrived neither one of the pizzas were tavern they were both thin crust....we do not like their thin crust but love the tavern....very disappointed that both pizzas were wrong.
