Food was so bad had to call and get credit for three personal pan pizzas. Basically the food was cheese bread no sauce everyone knows when you get a personal pan you're supposed to have grease at the bottom it felt like it was a hand tough Pizza thrown in a box. Cheese wouldn't even melt. And when you asked for extra sauce you get cheese bread instead. Very disappointed being my neighborhood Pizza Hut..

Imtiday I have try to order a pizza and the guy who answer the call hang out on me Then I call and it looks to me that the decline my calls multiple times After a few minutes they took my call and the ladie said can you hold a sec ...and she put me on hold for like 30 min I still wanna get a pizza I don't know why they give this bad customer service ?

I called to place an order on the phone and Vanessa and the guy speaking I didn’t have the chance to get his name but they were very kind and friendly. They went above and beyond. They were also super helpful. The pizza was soo good! They cook with there hearts thank you so much! I will be ordering from here many more times.

Order online and when I got to the store they told me that my order was canceled because they ran out of dough and that I should've received a message letting me know about the issue which I never received. I paid online using card and the employee told me that I didn't use a card to pay for it, now I have to keep an eye on my account for a refund which is going to take I dont know how long. This place is falling apart , past order they gave me the wrong order and the pizzas weren't cooked properly now this.

No wonder this place can’t even get 3 stars, has a bunch of idiots working there. Called to figure out where two of our food items are, left on hold for over 15 minutes and then when I called back they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. Don’t even get me started on the MESS that was delivered, can’t even call it food it was terrible and just thrown in the box. Get better workers, these ones couldn’t even manage a lemonade stand if you asked them to.
Tabby was so amazing and helped us through the whole wait she made sure she acknowledged us and kept a conversation going I would definitely come back

They left me waiting in line for about 20 minutes. The worst thing is that when I arrived I saw that they had the phone off the hook, (that's why they didn't answer my husband either). The boy forgot! - He didn't even apologize and attended to me in a hurry, it must be added that the place looks dirty and dusty and they didn't give me my pizza properly.

We ordered pizza Friday 1/03/24 around 10 pm through the Pizza Hut app. We were waiting for what seems like forever when we finally went to check to see if maybe someone delivered it. It was sitting on our doorstep for half an hour. This was annoying but we overlooked it, until we checked our cameras for a package we were expecting.
The delivery driver didn’t ring our doorbell because they STOLE A PACKAGE from our doorstep and then LEFT THE PIZZA TO GET COLD. I’m guessing they didn’t ring the doorbell because they were STEALING from us. We have video evidence.
This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with this location. We’ve had many good or decent experiences until now. I know they out source to door dash drivers but they seriously need to fix this as this is completely unacceptable.
