Terrible service it says it closes at 12 it was 9:50 when i arrived after i called them and they said they were closing soon and i couldn’t order on the phone and the doors was locked and the lady opened the door and said i cant order cuz the door was locked and i said they close at 12 she got angry and closed the door and started talking mad and loud. Very rude

Food has been grrat and pricing isn't bad, plus all the points and coupons. Hate y'all use door dash for delivery (give delivery drivers their jobs back!!) but everything else is great.

The young short small Mexican girl is rude paying customers! Her and another female refused to serve my company for about 12 hours. I've been a paying customer at this store for yrs. They wrote horrible untrue notes under my profile -which the GM fixed. They laughed as they denied my order. I have watched her give boxes of pizza to homeless on many nights. Leaving boxes on the back dumpster for several of them. Paying customers get less respect from her. She Refused to allow me to pay because I asked for a pay difference. The worst day ever with this Pizza hut. However, two days later-Sabrina was very attentive. The GM is just simply amazing. She made sure my security team was taken care of. These two together make an awesome team. The younger male manager Larell-is one of the most understanding people there. Appreciate all three for making sure my team ate on many overnight shifts.

Purple haired staff member racist against white people- would not help me with my concern and pushed me off onto a different employee who was nice, but limited in their role. Manager finally came up when purple hair yelled I was being rude when she asked me to move for another customer, which I refused because I was tired of her poor attitude. Manager on duty came up and I asked for my money back because it wasn’t delivered- I had to come get it. Manager said I had to speak with manager the following day. Not an apology- no attempt to make it right. Pathetic. Worthless. Purple hair kept running her mouth under her breath to which I told her thanks for not waiting on me because I’m white. The manager said we are just going to block your account. Like really- you honestly think I am coming back after this lousy interaction? Read the room honey. I don’t care. You ain’t the only game in town!

The delivery driver bailed with my order so I went directly to the store just before they close and the acting supervisor not only remade my order but doubled me up at noon extra cost

I went to this Pizza Hut in the middle of the night, when the store was about to close. The guys who worked there were very warm and kind people, and prepared the meal for me fast. This meat lover pizza was delicious, with rich-flavored and plentiful meat on it. Even the crust was soft and enjoyable. The six traditional wings were very tasty as well. I ate these for four meals in a row and didn’t get bored. I wanted to say a big thank-you to the guys, not just for the delicious food, but for the kindness and warmth they treated their customers with.

Food was so bad had to call and get credit for three personal pan pizzas. Basically the food was cheese bread no sauce everyone knows when you get a personal pan you're supposed to have grease at the bottom it felt like it was a hand tough Pizza thrown in a box. Cheese wouldn't even melt. And when you asked for extra sauce you get cheese bread instead. Very disappointed being my neighborhood Pizza Hut..

I was buying the personal pan special for dinner. This area was a little sketchy to me. I ordered online and waited outside the locked door for the representative to come with my order. She was really nice and sweet.
