Ordered from them multiple times and seems every time there's a problem. No wings with the order was the latest. Was told someone would contact me and get them out to me. Neither happened. I call back and of course there closed.

Poor service. I ordered for carry out. And I received a confirmation to pick up around 10:35pm. So I came around 10:40pm to pick it up but, as soon as I got there it was pitch black inside, these 4 employees were outside on “break”or something while employees were still inside. Apparently it’s okay to close the store 20 minutes until closing. I called and I received no answer. Poor customer service. Do better.

Did an online order SMH so... My pizza was Luke-warm and I didn't receive my Mt dew that I paid for. On top of that they wouldn't send it back out nor have I reecieved any kind of refund nor compensation as promised. Just not a good

Last time I was there I heard the workers saying they spit on the pizza and do who knows what the delivery drivers and I’m pretty sure the guys management that says it has a pony tail looks like a girl but I’m pretty sure it’s a guy

Placed an order for delivery at 6:44pm. Went to the store at 9:15ish because it was never delivered. I had previously called customer service, who tried to connect with the store to get information. The store never answered their calls. Once I get there in person asking for a refund, they tell me that they can't issue a refund without a manager, and there's not going to be a manager in until tomorrow. So, over three hours after ordering, no pizza was made and no refund was issued.

The cashier helped me order, then when I went to my car to sit for the pizza 15min later I go back in and she act like she didn't know who I was. I was the only one that came in to order a ppp( personal pan pizza), when she went on break to smoke she literally saw me in my car waiting. Then when I went to pick up my pizza she says can I help you like she didn't see me 15min ago. You gotta do better and if your cashier forgets that fast then she needs to be put in another area of the restaurant. AND PLEASE PUT A COUPLE OF CHAIRS IN THERE FOR PEOPLE TO SIT!
I don't recommend buying anything from this store, I've called twice for a delivery for several pizza and fixings, the person hung up on me twice. Apparently she didn't want to make any money off me. SO F$$K this

Do not order pizza hut. Delivery is 3 hours or more. Pizza Is stone cold when you get it. I highly recommend a different pizza provider!
