The worst Pizza Hut, delivery was not good I called and made an order 30$ worth I asked them if they can deliver to the children's hospital off of Colfax because my 3 year old son has cancer they said yes just meet down stairs they said it would be 1 hour and 15 minutes after I got off the phone with them I went down stairs outside right out the front doors waiting for them after waiting an hour and 30 minutes I called them to see where it is they said I never made an order so I had to leave the hospital and drive to Pizza Hut and I showed them on my bank account that I made an order and paid for it the manger was so rude about it he said that the delivery person went to the hospital waited a couple minutes then left so they canceled my order and didn't even call me to tell me, he asked me if they wanted to remake my order and I would have to pay for it again. I said no because that made me mad I had to leave my 3 year old son at the hospital to Pizza Hut and I saw people working at Pizza Hut making food with no gloves on that's really gross I hope this one gets shut down I will write a letter to corporate. I have never wrote a review before this was the worst Service I have ever gotten

I looked online and their store hours are listed as being open until 11:00pm. So, I called them at 10:00pm. The female employee took down my name and address for a delivery order, then proceeded to tell me the store was now closed. When I told her that the store hours online showed they were open until 11 p.m. she became very quiet. When I asked her to clarify again if they were open or closed, she said they were now closed. I live 1.2 miles away and bottom line is they didn't want to deliver one hour prior to closing. Very bad customer service.

Worst delivery service ever. I was waiting for an hour and a half for a delivery. We called once after 40 mins and they told us they were 7 minutes away. We called after it hit an hour and they told us the order was canceled due to it being "not large enough for delivery", even after I asked the phone rep if my order was enough for delivery, which she assured me it would be. I never receive any confirmation. This is the THIRD time this location has mishandled an order. And it sucks because it's my neighborhood Pizza Hut and the only one that delivers here. Amateurs working for it. Disgrace. I wish I could spell the name of the rep who helped me. Anyways, Yelp is forcing me to write my anger out longer. I never write reviews cause I think they're ridiculous, but this service has made me call the bosses of bosses.

If you want a personal pizza and can wait an extra 8 minutes, you are in luck.. If you want to be made uncomfortable by blatant suspicious drug/prostitution activity, you are also in luck. The staff were great, working hard. But there was a strange something going on between a man in the men's restroom and a woman walking in to the men's bathroom and back out side repeatedly. Also a woman occupied the women's restroom for an abnormally long time and when she finally emerged from the restroom she had a visible white drug powder residue on her face/body. So if you are cool with that, go get your personal pizza!

HORRIBLE service! I ordered online and set my pickup time. I still waited 15 minutes to pay (there was only 1 person in front of me) which is ridiculous!!! Why even bother ordering ahead and saying when you'll be there?!? There were 7 people in the back working away, but every one of them ignored the people in the lobby who's pizzas were already made and sitting in the warmer. All I had to do was pay and waiting 15 min to do so is RIDICULOUS! And the pizza was just ok, definitely not the best I've had from Pizza Hut. That store needs to seriously reconsider how they operate. Having someone on the register whenever people are in the lobby should be a priority. I will never go there again, especially when there's a Dominos just down the street.

We read the reviews prior to ordering, and thought; "oh they must be exaggerating" and gave them the benefit of the doubt. WE WERE SO WRONG. 4 hours and countless phone calls, food never showed up. Each call was answered with "your order should be the next one out" or "we sent another one out, it should be there in 40 minutes" How hard is it to make a pizza and deliver it half a mile away? It wasn't snowing, it wasn't a weekend, major sporting event, or a holiday. We'd go pick up our order ourselves, but after the second hour it became comedic to hear their excuses. I simply don't understand how any business can survive with such garbage management. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER order from this location.

And an hour later I finally have my order which is in complete. The cashier does not know what he's doing and needs more assistance. This was overwhelming and disappointing experience to say the least. Let's hope the pizza tastes alright.

We have given this store so many chances yet they continue to disappoint us. Delivery is slow, cold, and rarely the right toppings. We love Pizza Hut but this is terrible and should be reviewed by corporate. Today we tried pickup and although the guy at the counter was a fantastic fellow our pizza was limp and not cut all the way through. We are contacting corporate to let them know better training is needed IMMEDIATELY!

Granted while you get what you pay for, sometimes you expect a little more. We got 4 things off the $5 menu and everything but the garlic knots lacked ingredients. The pasta had a few pieces of chicken and barely any sauce. Pizzas had lil to no sauce and sparse cheese. I had taken a break from ordering at this Pizza Hut due to the gact that once it took them 2 hours to deliver to me when it said 30 minutes and then next time they cancelled my order without notice Im guessing due to the fact it would have been close to closing time. Overall I think I will stick to Dominos. Every 6 orders there I get a free pizza, so it works.

The woman working the phone was so rude, inconsiderate, and impatient that I have no desire to ever do business here again, and I'm down here a lot. Luckily there's plenty of pizza places to choose from here.
