Placed an online order and it was delivered on time. Found my pizza was made incorrectly so I called the store and let them know. He was respectful and after confirming my number he added a drink as a extra for the inconvenience. This was also delivered on time and there were two drinks with the new pizza. The delivery driver was kind and refused my offer of the extra drink. It was quick, to the point, and no drama.

Horrible service and attitude from the employees at this location. We ordered pizzas for our staff and when we went to go pick up the order an employee informed us that it was never made because they thought someone had placed the order as a joke. The employee then lied and said she called to confirm the order but no one picked up. Cancelling a legitimate order is extremely unprofessional. The employees were rude and did not apologize or attempt to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Don’t place large orders here, they will cancel it and then lie to try and make it seem like they know what they’re doing.

I really do not like that doordash delivers their orders. DoorDash delivery drivers are horrible. They leave your food on the ground and don’t knock at all to let you know. I paid $13 in delivery fees and a tip for my pizza to be left on my doorstep. I definitely learned my lesson and I’ll make sure to do carry out going forward.

Personal pan pizza with three toppings cost me $12 when I can go to Sam's Club and for a $1.99 I can get a double slice of pizza the same size, more toppings and taste just as good! What a ripoff!
Screwed up my order not once but twice in one night. Pizza and bread sticks were cold, marinara was missing, not just once but both times with no explanation and it took from 930 I'll 1215 to get my make up order.... Seriously? I used to LOVE pizza hut.... What the heck has happened?

Ordered Pizza pasta and chicken they had door dash deliver my food it was just set on my porch the driver never rang the doorbell to notify me my food was there started wondering why my food wasn't there yet opened door to see if there was any sign of driver and there sets my food in the cold checked my camera to see when it was delivered and noticed the driver just set it on the ground and left so I call my local Pizza Hut to let them know what happened and all they could tell me is that they aren't responsible for the food once they have and yes I said they had door dash pick my food up which really sucks because I don't have a door dash account for them to notify that my food is there so I got cold food that nobody is responsible for so I call door dash and all their going to do is report the drive so pretty screw you deal with your cold food I know I'm only one person and it won't hurt them to lose one customer but if they don't care I'll make sure to order Domino's next time corporate America don't give a crap about the little guy and you won't find it out till this crap happens to you and all they can do is point fingers at who is responsible for it good bye Pizza hut wish it would let me post video Wish there was a zero star because that's what they deserve this store sucks poor management should just close it
Can’t rate the food if they never actually deliver it to you. Also pretty wild how the phone just doesn’t work or can’t be answered, I just get to assume I’m not eating dinner tonight because someone’s too much of a coward to answer a store phone. Terrible management of terrible staff it sounds like, as this isn’t the first time experiencing lackluster customer service from this shop. I guess there’s plenty of people who out pizza the hut, all they have to do is successfully deliver anything and they’ve done it. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else for pizza, it seems that’s what I’ll have to be doing.

I went to this pizza hut outa the blue. The staff were polite efficient and professional. I didn't wait long and the pizza was great. I recommend this place and when I need pizza that's where I'm going.

I ordered 3 pizzas for Super Bowl Sunday. NEVER AGAIN...I will go to BlackJack on Alameda and Potomac. Pizza was greasy, wrong ingredients, and the crust was NOT hand tossed as advertised. All of them! Terrible choice--I will NEVER come here again--and this is the third time in 4 months---and the same inferior product is made. I only patronized here because it is literally 2 blocks from my apartment. NEVER AGAIN. I am now loyal to BLACKJACK PIZZA...This HUT on Sable has the majority of one stars for a reason. Worst pizza I have ever experienced. GREASY. WRONG INGREDIENTS. The young lady at the register was nice, however...Service gets a 4 star because of her. Rest of this HUT get ZERO stars!! :(
