I ordered 3 pizzas for Super Bowl Sunday. NEVER AGAIN...I will go to BlackJack on Alameda and Potomac. Pizza was greasy, wrong ingredients, and the crust was NOT hand tossed as advertised. All of them! Terrible choice--I will NEVER come here again--and this is the third time in 4 months---and the same inferior product is made. I only patronized here because it is literally 2 blocks from my apartment. NEVER AGAIN. I am now loyal to BLACKJACK PIZZA...This HUT on Sable has the majority of one stars for a reason. Worst pizza I have ever experienced. GREASY. WRONG INGREDIENTS. The young lady at the register was nice, however...Service gets a 4 star because of her. Rest of this HUT get ZERO stars!! :(
Love the thin and crispy pizzas they make. And I tried the pan pizza which is kinda small compared to the pans we used.

Horrible service, did not receive my pizza. I didn’t know they were gonna have a door dasher deliver it. The door dasher hung up on me, did not answer my calls. I tried door dash for customer service they did not help at all said it was the restaurants issue, called the Pizza Hut service line, they have employees with no manners, no respect, they could care less about your issues. They were no help. The girl tried to get an attitude with me. Don’t go here

First time ever I had a pizza hut fail me bad lol. Pizza was not good. Ordered ahead, app said it was ready I got there and it was very sketchy and my order was not ready until like 20 min later. Not going back to that specific pizza hut tbh.
disrespectful and rude? Unprofessional. I don’t know how they keep this kind of employ a black male adult. I do not recommend this place go somewhere else.

My order took almost double of the time than they tell me on the first time they send me a message saying mi pizza was on my door and wasn’t I have to call the store and find out they going to make my order on the time I was calling on second time

I ordered online at 1030 for delivery. Store says open. After waiting thirty minutes of it saying it’s in the oven. No one likes to answers. Or they left early. Leaning towards both. So now idk what to do. Can call anyone.
