AVOID THIS STORE!! This store is trash!! I order my food to be delivered, they just have it sitting there and tell me to come pick it up. Then when I say I can't, they put me on hold and never come back and don't answer the phone. This isn't the first time this has happened. I hate this store..

I had a delivery that went over terribly. I never got my order after waiting 2 hrs. I called to follow up on my order after waiting 45 minutes "past" the estimated delivery time from the app. I was told it was delivered elsewhere and that their "call list" is not working correctly. Either way, didn't get my order.

I guess men can get be pregnant cause the male manager at this store looks like was just about to give birth to twins. Lmaoooo. Horrible I ordered the big box meat marrinera cheese bread and one large 1 topping pizza and I come and there is no meat marrinerainstead they gave me cinnamon bread and cheese bread I always order meat marrinera and he the manager was rude and tried to tell me that I didn’t say meat marrinera when that was the first thing I said so I don’t care if he didn’t hear me but he tried to tell me that I never said meat marrinera Its funny how he told me that I didn’t say it. I sure didn’t say cinnamon sticks. And I have ordered cinnamon sticks. Ever. So obviously I never said cinimmon sticks so why didn’t they ask me if that’s what I wanted so they are lying. Idk who you guys hire but it’s the bottom barrel. Pathetic. Losers. No wonder you have bad reviews. They make pizza hut look bad

Food was delivered on time, but cheese was disproportionately applied and the pan crust was a bit soft. Pizza wasn't as hot as expected. I generally like Pizza Hut though, but last few occasions haven't been the best. Also, since they charge a delivery fee, I wouldn't tip until you see the pizza in person. For the price of the pizzas, I would go elsewhere.

Keisha and the big black man my apologies idk his name. But they both always go above and beyond serving me . If it’s cold they bring my food out to my car. My pizza is always hot , fresh and ready. I’m super greatful for their kindness and hard work. My go to ? ❤️!
I had z worst pizza at 1086 s Sable aurora co, very dry, over cooked we had to trash the whole pizza.

Ordered a pizza on 11/01 for CARRYOUT around 10:29pm to this location and showed up to pick it up around 10:50pm just for them to say I allegedly ordered it for doordash delivery when it clearly said pickup and was not possible considering I ordered from the Pizza Hut app. That makes no sense! The rude manager Keisha said it was my mistake and was not trying to fix anything and tried to lie to my face saying they stop doing carryout at 10 when they stop doing it at 11. I have picked up multiple pizzas around 11. Not to mention it was supposed to be $26 something for CARRYOUT like I had ordered and now she was saying it was gonna be around $39 like what. I’m not going to pay for something that’s overpriced when I know what I ordered and how I ordered it.They had already locked the door by the time I got there and it was 10:50 and I had to call to tell them I was picking up my order so they could open the door. She tried to say I was wrong the whole time and it had already been picked up by the “doordash delivery driver” and was on the way to my house. I showed up to my house and there’s no pizza or driver.

Worst experience ever. Pizza hadn’t even left the store 30 minutes after it was supposed to be here. Took three phone calls to cancel. Then they charged me anyway!! $24 for no pizza, just trouble. Unbelievable.

One star only to give a review. I ordered and received an email stating my order would be ready at 5:20pm. I got here and was told 5 more minutes. It has now been 25 minutes of waiting and still no pizza. Other customers have come in, ordered in person and have already left. This is ridiculous, and reminds me why I never go to this location. Never offer anything for your extended wait time. It's now 5:47 and still waiting on a fuckin pizza
