I spent $32 to have a personal pizza and wings delivered. Ordered extra spicy sauce on the pizza. The pizza did not appear to have, nor did it taste like it had any sauce at all. When I called to tell them my order was wrong. The on duty manager was so rude and disrespectful. He told me that because I took on bite, he could not replace the pizza. In fact, he hung up in my face. I had not ate all day. I had Pizza Hut on my mind all day. So I went up to the store, and confronted him. The gentleman Yiego offered to remake my pizza. While I was confronting Jayden (manager on duty) he told me that if I didn't shut up I would not get the pizza that was already being remade. I said, then I want a refund. Rather than refunding my money, he flopped the pizza on the counter. I did not trust his handling of my food. Most horrible experience. By the time I got home I was so upset, I couldn't enjoy my food. I was eating to no longer be hungry. Oh.... when I arrived to the store the employees could not find Jayden. They were looking everywhere inside and outside for him. So he was off doing whatever while in the clock.

After waiting an hour for the pizza they forgot the bread sticks and cheese sticks. When we called they said they would send both after another hour the bread sticks showed up but not the cheese sticks. Would recommend another pizza place.

Pizza was re-made but the breadsticks got dried out and hard.Possibly due to they stayed in the warming oven while the pizza was re-made. Ordered ) and paid for) 2 extra marinara sauce. Team member did not believe it was paid for and had to have us present the receipt again.
One team member was walking in the door (I’m sure start of shift) was literally vaping as he walked in the front door!!

The staff went above and beyond. Very good overall.
We had to reorder our food twice, they were unable to let us pay with card and we were forced to reorder it. We ordered a second time and it was set to carry out, we asked for it to be set as delivery and this time it had already been charged to our card. When we called we were ignored and left on hold and were forced to call back multiple times just to have to cancel the order again because they would not switch the order to delivery.

the person they have sent gave us the wrong order and gave our order to someone else when i went to talk to them. like how did they miss up the order when the name is stated in the order as well as the address for that order.
