the person they have sent gave us the wrong order and gave our order to someone else when i went to talk to them. like how did they miss up the order when the name is stated in the order as well as the address for that order.

Ordered pizza on the app. No option to give tip in cash. Door dash(?) delivers pizza and leaves pizza on doorstep doesn't use ring or knock walks away. Pizza boxes unsealed sticker not on that closes the lid. poor service. food questionable. this is an updated review since google will not let me leave another one.

Me and my family ordered a pizza on January 24th 2025. It came to us by delivery and it was so dry and cold that we ended up calling the store and they said they were going to remake it and resend it to us. Well a few hours went by and by this time we called back to store and they said that there was nothing wrong with the pizza and that they were going to remake it so my husband reiterated the issues that was wrong with it and that we would give back the pizza that was delivered because we did not even eat it it was so cold and dry. So they said they were going to send it out for the second time. About an hour to two hours went by and they still did not show up. So we ended up calling the store and the manager would not even speak with us and had another employee playing middleman stating that they were closed and to call back in the morning to get this figured out. Well we called back in the morning and spoke with the GM, Malik, and Malik informed us that he was going to refund our cash back to the card and give us a $40 credit. So we had to go out of town for a couple days, noticed that we did not have a $40 credit because we called in to order another Pizza so my husband had to talk with another manager at this store by the name of Claudette. Claudette has been very helpful and professional and dealing with this issue with us. Claudette is the one that went ahead and put the $40 credit on the account because Malik apparently did not do this. Now we have been fighting for our $28.41 to be put back onto our card for about 3 weeks now because Malik says that he has put the credit on there however our card issuer says that there is not been a refund. We are still dealing with this issue with Malik and we will be contacting him again today asking for some kind of proof that he sent in the refund for our card issuers to take a look at. At this point I'm very disappointed with the customer service provided by the GM Malik if in fact he has not put the credit of $40 on and the other manager Claudette had to do so and the fact that our money has not yet been returned to our card. I came in 40 minutes to close on 1/18/25 and the two guys working were freaking amazing. Love their customer service. They should get raises because they did a hell of a fantastic job tonight.

I had family over for Christmas Eve. I ordered the Big Dinner Box. I paid extra for a Meat Lovers and a Pepperoni Lovers. It came to $50, because they included a delivery fee and a tip, plus an extra $6 for the substitutions. It arrived on time, but with the wrong pizzas. I received two one topping pepperoni pizzas. I called back and they said they would send the correct pizza order right away. I have never received it. I called them four times. They wouldn't answer. I called the customer service number. They said they would credit my account. I have never seen that, either! That was 19 days ago. Not going to order from them again. Going back to Anthony's.

Been ordering from this joint for years. Every single Broncos game and about once a week the rest of the year.
All of a sudden they got door dash doing the deliveries and it's booty. Takes way longer and last time we got someone else's food. The doordash dude couldn't help and just kept pointing at his phone and then he left so I'm sure someone is out there with my stuffed crust ham and wings. Hope you liked em.

I don't understand it because when I called pizza hut they had a pizza hut driver bring me my food. So I know they still have drivers. I'm sure this is just some dumb ass scheme to make everything cost more but some how be worse. Maybe their stock will go up or something, but I just want my damn pizza before it gets cold. Door dash sucks - if I wanted door dash I would order door dash, but they straight booty

Got cold disgusting doodashed pizza will never order pizza hut again. My doordasher was also likely using a stolen account. Guy, who didn't speak English, was using an account from a white girl... Scary kids can order and be subject to this.

Kid-friendliness: Doordashers using fake names is about the last thing that is kid friendly. Do not order delivery here they outsource

As I went up for contactless pick-up order, they said my pizza was ready at 9:30 p.m. on November 24th I showed up at 9:30 on the dot and had to wait until 9:45 until my contatless delivery person noticed me and came out and attempted to put my pizza in and on the driver side which is not what I requested as I wanted it on the passenger side. It happened to be the delivery driver who dropped it off and said a snarky remark to me which I will not repeat because it was too vulgar to put here and then proceeded to threaten me and even wanted me to get out of my vehicle and fight him at which time I left. The Pizza Hut on iliff and Buckley then called my phone demanding that I come back to fight with the delivery driver who had placed my pizza in my vehicle. This is extremely highly unprofessional and unheard of in a store that would like to do business in the community and I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this kind of treatment and abuse from these workers at the Pizza Hut on iliff and Buckley to the point where they are calling my phone and making threats of violence against my vehicle and or my person...

Vegetarian options: Who knows what you're going to get on your pizza they just kind of throw shit together and love to omit others

Dietary restrictions: Your best dietary restrictions is not to use this restaurant it's 16800 East iliff avenue

Parking: Doesn't matter where you park still sit inside and just stare at you even if you have contactless delivery

Kid-friendliness: These guys don't like anybody and I mean kids pets people. They would just as soon kick your dog walking out the door on their way to delivering a pizza that is probably made wrong in the first place
