I am never coming back to this location ever again. The service is HORRIBLE. There was a problem with the rewards system and I asked a basic question of when will this be remedied and one of the ladies (Latina with piercings in her lips and straight black hair) was very rude. Rolling her eyes, popping her neck and saying things under her breath. The crazy part is I wasn’t even talking to her because she wasn’t the one taking the order!!!!! Then I went back to ask her why she was so rude to a paying customer and she told me “dude just leave” this is unacceptable and I am never bringing my money here. This has ruined my experience with Playa bowls I’m honestly considering just switching over to Jamba Juice for my bowls and smoothie needs as they at least have basic respect and customer service.

Such a fun and welcoming spot!! The store always looks clean, colorful, and super organized. The atmosphere is full of positive energy, and the staff creates such a lovely sense of community. I always leave with a smile and my cravings completely satisfied. Everyone I bring here ends up loving it too!

This place is run by teenage girls that have a HORRIBLE attitude. God forbid you want to go get an açaí bowl for lunch lol they act like you ruined their day because they have to actually work…. There is also never a manager on site. Sucks that this place is so convenient, but I refuse to spend my money or time there due to the disrespect. Get it together!

I've had some bowls that were soupy, but I've also had some bowls that were perfect. My one complaint that hasn't seemed to get better is their employees. Rude young kids that have zero concept of customer service. I can't give this place a 5 star because of their employees.
