Why accept mobile order if the store is impossible to find with the wrong location displayed on maps?

Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and some tenders for our party. ALL of the chicken tasted rubbery, like it was cooked hours ago. Dry, cold, chewy. It was terrible, as I normally love Popeyes. Super disappointing for such a new location.

Ordered a 5 piece spicy tender i got 4 no straw for my drink no sauce for my tenders my wife didn't get the fries for her meal combo and was short a leg and a straw horrible service and it's raining and so they should be dead slow. FIX YOUR DAMN LAZY ASS EMPLOYEES

First off all our first time experience and then we never seen this kind of place ever the manager she is very very rude and rude ever person !! We ordered food and we paid and when we take our food that’s not the right order and we told them in then the manager she was there and in front of our kids she showed us bad attitude and she said I don’t care she is very rude she don’t know how to treat customers and one guy he come and he apologized us and he give us our food no more going🙄

THE worst Popeyes location by FAR! This is the third time in a row I tried ordering food from this location while I’m at work and I had one of my chicken sandwiches missing. How is it so hard to read an order receipt or double check that the order is correct. You guys are a complete let down.

I got their 3 piece Chicken for $6 deal. I was VERY disappointed with the size. 3 VERY small piece. Even smaller then KFC! Apparently they use smaller Chicken in that special than they do with their regular offerings. Won't be doing that again anytime soon.

1st time i went (yesterday) i asked which chicken was more fresh, the spicy or classic, they said classic so i got some. That chicken was bone dry and old, but I already drove away so i let it go. I went again today and asked which chicken was more fresh, spicy or classic. She said spicy and said it just came up, i got excited and ordered a 4 piece. This time, I didn't drive away, i checked my chicken and sure enough, barely warm. Don't waste your time or money at this Popeyes.

My experience at Popeyes was very disappointing too. Went through the drive thru the first week they opened…food was cold, however the servers were very pleasant and friendly. I won’t be going back

This place just opened, how do y'all already have a 2 and a half star rating lol. Well, let me tell you why fellow Popeyes enjoyers! Ordered when it was not busy at all. Missing sides from the order, tried to call the store around 7:50 pm, rang three times, and went to voicemail. The fries were bunk, didn't think I'd ever say that about Popeyes' fries and the chicken was just ok. It's just this location, and the reviews before me really justify that. Would not recommend, I'd rather get burger king across the street, and that place is ASSSS.
