Ordered for delivery on 2 different occasions through Uber Eats. First time ordering they forget half the order, second time ordering I find a hair cooked into my blackened chicken truff sandwich. Just do yourself a favor and go to a different Popeyes location like the one in Southlands. This one is terrible.

The service was disorganized. I ordered chicken tenders that had the consistency of chicken jerky. I asked mgm with her big eyelashes for my order status because I’ve been patiently waiting 20 minutes. She said “you only been waiting 9 minutes and handed me my food”. I told her the order was placed at 4:54pm it is now 5:15pm (she forgot a digit). Got my food but she was not very nice . I was not even an irate customer I patiently waited to ask her .

The spicy chicken sandwiches are the best! They are big and juicy and spicy. They are crunchy too. The fries are not too good. They are soggy. The chicken strips are not good at all. They are dry and hard.

I order an 8 piece Chicken got french fries and cole slaw yesterday 6/13/23 17:59 pm OMG! The cole slaw was sour ,you cold smell it as soon as you took the lid off it ,and some of the Chicken was not fully cooked what a joke this place is I paid $40.59 for a 8 piece of half cooked chicken and a large sour cole slaw ,and I been trying to call the location located at the Aurora Mall since yesterday evening, and all day today 6/14/23, and no one will answer the phone please do not buy food here unless you want to get sick.

I order 5 chicken sandwiches the chickens was hard and it tasted like it was from a day before and they put it in oil for it to be warm, you took a bite and it tasted like straight up oil we talked to the manager and she didn’t care, bad overall ???
