The last time I came here, I ordered a 10 piece leg and thigh and got 2 thighs with 8 chicken wing sized drumsticks. I was livid, but I still love Popeyes, and went again to get another 10piece. This time I said I wanted half and half. They obliged and gave me what I wanted, and to my surprise they were normal sized. Maybe they were just having a bad day the other time.

I can't speak for the food - didn't even order anything. I stopped by in person. I was the only person in the line. After 10 mins I gave up and left. Sure they were busy with the drive through, but come on, the guy working there had a bunch of workers running around, and even though I was the only person in line, he decided not to even take my order. So i took my business to Las Tortugas instead. Definitely won't be back.

I came here with my family. Not a lot a places to eat with 4 kids at night. They love tenders, so we stopped here cause they have a great vaule deal for families. The manager was so kind and made sure that my kids were happy and felt safe. You cant beat the value you get for $25 but the way the service and atmosphere was it felt like a paid $100 thank you so much night staff and big shout out to the manager.

I love Popeyes and don't go there enough. However, I get boneless tenders and these were dry and not as appetizing as normal. 2 biscuits were left out of our order but the cashier was able to give us 2 after asking. Lastly, the bathrooms smell very funky and we're out of paper towels :(

Service inside is a little slow, but they seemed a little short of staff. Give 'em a break folks! Pleasant staff, food is good, no complaints. If you can't wait a few minutes for your food, get it at Wendy's.

Ordered a family meal plan. Everything looked correct on the screen when ordered and received our food. When we drove 15 mins back to our home, we then noticed that we did not get what we ordered. The type of chicken received was wrong so it was all wings for $45 dollars worth of food. Got up charged from a SM to a L even thought we never asked for it, and got too much ice that 5 sips was all it took to finish the drink. $45 worth of food just to sit out bc it’s not what we ordered.
We were gonna get a refund but it turns out, we did not receive our receipt so there was no way to get our money back or an exchange. Tried to call and explain the situation but got disconnected.
I’d advise to never order from this establishment until they get a team that will actually do their job right. Do better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Popeye's Chicken on Parker Ave near 9 Mile, and I had an excellent experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy chicken, flavorful sides, and the biscuits were to die for. I highly recommend trying their new Louisiana Garlic Wings—they're packed with flavor and the perfect combination of spicy and savory. Everything was fresh and hot. I’ve been to a lot of Popeye’s locations, but this one stands out for its consistent quality and great customer service. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving some amazing fried chicken!

Ordered on the app. Waited in the drive through line 25 minutes for the 3 cars ahead of me to get through. Pulled up to the window, 4 employees are just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Finally after another 5 minutes a girl comes to the window and asks what my order is. I told her I placed a mobile order. It had been pre bagged and was sitting on a shelf. EVERYTHING WAS NOW COLD! The chicken tenders by the time I got home were not only cold, but had been severly overcooked and were hard, unedible. It was just skin and breading, there was very little chicken in them. They went into the trash. No sauces, no straws, no napkins, no silverware. So very disappointed in not only the service but the food too.

I can only imagine how nasty this place really is. Inspection from the health department is necessary.
