Great food and fast service!!!

This was my second visit to this store since it opened. The first was shortly after it opened, and it was a disappointment. Today was also a disappointment. It was difficult to order as the english language is not common among the employees at that location. I wanted 6 wings but wasn't clearly understood. The employee was able to pick up different pieces of chicken and show them, so I was able to nod yes when the employee showed the one I wanted. The menu indicated 6 wings for 6.99, but I was charged just over 16 dollars. The food was good, but communication was terrible.

Overall clean appearance. The food is hot. I've never had an issue with food quality or service.

This has to be the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Everything taste like it was cooked hours ago, the rice and beans taste spoiled. Order of course was screwed up and no one speaks English. This location needs to be shut down.

I guess good help is hard to find... what a waste of time😒

I’m only giving this five stars because Chick-fil-A is trash. I’ve always been team Popeyes, but this last order I recently received is garbage. The boneless wings were stale and had no sauce, the mac & cheese look like it was days old, and then my spicy chicken sandwich didn’t have any spicy sauce on it. Five stars but figure it out. The store on Parker Road makes you look like a gas station right now

This location is terrible! This is the second time they did not give us half the food we ordered and yet, took my money! Then they won’t even make it right unless you drive all the back to the restaurant. Poor customer service and incompetent management. Where I come from, we call this theft! Take your business down the road to Chick-fil-a.

Why is there always an employee having a loud obnoxious and lewd phone conversation in the eating area on speaker phone??? It never fails, it’s probably the main reason I’m not here more often.

This is the worst location. The chicken was dry, unseasoned, and tasted like wood, I'm not kidding. I am a Popeye's connoisseur, my order was very low quality. They are obviously cooking all pieces in the same batch, you cannot cook a wing and a leg with a thigh or a breast. The larger
pieces require more time. In doing so you over cook the smaller pieces. Even then the large pieces were equally dry. Just plain horrible.

All the people who work there, especially women are giving you bad looks when you arrive and the place is a complete disaster with a lot of trash on the floor and tables.
Don't trust even the managers, all of them have the same attitude.

I love Popeyes food, but this particular franchise has the worst customer service ever! They’re aloof, seem bothered by your presence whether it’s in the drive-through or dining area. This particular visit unfortunately a lot like the others they made me wait 15 minutes. I was told to pull around in the front and they never came out. Went inside and was
completely ignored And then when I gave them my information, they seem bothered by my presence. Probably won’t visit this particular location anymore. The owner of this franchise needs to know that these people are consistently poor and need to be trained again!

Ridiculous wait time. Ordered a 2 piece combo (2 breast and mashed potatoes) 40 minute wait. Completely unacceptable.
