2 stars because Drink was good but wow the girl working was so out of it and wearing over ear headphones. No eye contact, no acknowledgement, no speaking, overfilled my drink to spill and didn't let me know it was ready. We had to ask and the response was as of I did something wrong. Plenty of other boba places to go to.

Delicious!!! Stopped in for a cold drink and hit the jackpot with this place. Lovely, helpful counter staff showed me (tech impaired) how to access the menu options, so I got exactly what I wanted first time. Lychee mango white tea, very lightly sweetened is perfection 👌
All right, I used to go here all the time but stopped and went again after a couple years. I ordered a strawberry matcha drink. It was very dark, not the usual color of matcha but who am I to discriminate based on the color of the matcha lol. Anyways I drink it and get assaulted by various chunks of matcha powder dispersed within the drink. It’s not mixed well enough! Tears welled up in my eyes as I tried to reconcile with the fact that my insides were being bombed with these little balls of unique (bc I’ve never had matcha powder taste like that) tasting unmixed powder. Objectively, the drink was very bitter and tasted like matcha and water and I couldn’t even taste the milk. Drama aside, I am disappointed and I wish I liked this place as much as I used to.

if i could rate this store a 0 i would. I walked into the store and the young teens were both on there phone and eating i was wanting to order in person and they both did not a knowledge me and my family but instead sitting and eating like fatass but store had a horrible sewage smell to it and made me throw up. when the drinks came out 2 of the seals were leaking so when i shooked it it caused the drink to explode we all waited 20 minutes to get our drink and for the drink to exploded i was disappointed in this store i forgot to mention the store had very inappropriate music playing with profanity i had to bring my kids outside this is not a store i recommend.

Every time come here I am satisfied. the menu is very diverse, their drink tastes good, decorate beautifully, I can order on the machine or on the spot, very convenient. The staff is enthusiastic, they greet me every time I enter. 10/10 ?
