We had an event at CU Anschutz Medical Campus a week ago and the tamales were some of the best I’ve had. You can tell they were homemade along with their fresh salsa. Their salsa was on point and wish I can buy a whole jar of it!

Prieto's Catering is fantastic! They catered a big work meeting for my team and it was a huge hit. The food was delicious and the customer service was incredible. Very organized and professional. I will certainly order catering from Prieto's again!

The flavor and speed at which these tacos were served is unreal. Prieto’s was catering my church’s block party and were able to keep the crowd of hungry attendees supplied with taco’s without compromising quality. The tacos came out piping hot despite it being a drizzly, overcast day. The beans were savory and delicious and paired well with the taco fillings (we tried the steak and the pork). The rice looks plain, but is absolutely packed with flavor. 10/10 would recommend using them for your event! EDIT: I fixed a typo and didn’t realize it would erase the owner’s reply! Prieto’s responded: “Thank you so much, I love to cook and I try to put all my love in each plate, thanks for your compliment.” Kind as well as talented!
