I arrived with my husband to eat, we sat at a table that had not yet been cleaned, since the other tables were occupied, when the store manager brought us the menu I asked her to clean the table and in a bad tone she told me that she would do it after taking an order and left, when she returned, my husband told her that it was not correct since she had not spoken and told us that if we did not like it we could leave, I told her that it was no way to treat a customer and he told us again to leave. I told her that she was spoiled and she started yelling at me in front of the other customers to go to university and many other things…. Hispanic Friends, it is not possible for another Hispanic to treat us like this, if we are going to start a business we have responsible and educated people in charge. Let them know that customer service is essential. I will not get tired of telling everyone I know about the terrible attention and mistreatment of which we were victims. There I show you the person who claims to be in charge and a relative of the owners!!! Gentlemen, owners of the place, do not allow this type of people in your business. I loved going to this place because I am Salvadoran. But of course I won't go again!

The prices they show online are apparently not the same ones in person, they charge extra. I made a big order and the food wasn't well cooked. They charge me extra I questions them about the pricing and all they said was that it wasn't that price that it was more. They need to update there pricing online then. I had to return the food no one was able to eat it. You can get food poisoning.

We used to come here a lot but lately they have been slacking. 1. They always get my order wrong and when I ask extra for something they ALWAYS FORGET and still charge. 2. Their chicharon for pupusas is definetly not tasting good at all! it has a smokey burnt flavor but also we ask for chicharon with cheese its mostly cheese! but ask for revueltas and they FILL it with pure beans. ? and its been like that lately 3. Masa is tough for sure! Those pupusas should be soft 4. One of the reason we want to stop coming...this has happened 3 times! they favor some guy with his friend that always come in and backs up orders when he comes in Me and my husband were waiting 30mintues the girls next to our table over 40! still no food yet these men ordered and they got there food with in 15 mintues! fresh! Aint no way hes the owner . Becuase we know who it is! from and inside source lol We waited ate and left but the ladies left the table when they brought there food the ladies were long gone! This 2 guys always bug and in the way of the register and messes with the music and blast it as if its club. Bugging the girls at the register! What an embarrassment to this establishment. unfortunately we wont be back. Too bad. Take care of your customers.

I used to go to this restaurant because I loved the pupusas here and although the food maintains its quality, the service is the worst since there is a guy serving, he is distracted and never cares about serving well even if the place is empty, there have been 2 occasions now He forgets what I ask him and there were only 2 tables occupied and he was talking to some guys, I asked him for coffee and he never brought it, when I went to pay he was very distracted talking to the cooks and he was making signs that he wanted to pay and he didn't realize it.
Great local and authentic food. Super good. What ever you get you will likely love. It is rather small and gets packed, but I think that is a huge positive and not a negative.
Talking about food, it is really good compared to bunch of Salvadoran places I have been. PUPUSAS: So yummy and good size, just make sure you put enough chicharrones, mine seemed more like a beans pupusa and not a “revuelta”pupusa. Tamales and elote tamales.. they were yummy and with good cheese and crema. Horchata was too sweet. Make sure you put correct quantities of sugar because it was very sweet. Service… So so.. they need more servers not only one who is the cashier and she is busy taking orders, at the phone, etc. But I had to say she was super friendly and cool. Atmosphere… TOO LOUD music. I cannot even talk with my group of people. Reggaeton and bachata all the way. You can have a mix of music and not that loud so it is gonna be an enjoyable experience. Time of service.. it was not that bad. They were busy but all was served in less than 20 minutes.
Hopefully you can improve those few things. You are doing a good job! ??
