Food was excellent, service was also good. Only down fall was restaurant was very cold, because front door was open due to supplies being carried into restaurant? Food, coffee and along with ourselves were very cold. Asked if they could close door heavy set man said he would close door when done unloading. This was 30 min later. No consideration of paying customers or food that was ordered.????Customer Service? Will have to think about coming back here again.

the carry out order process is poor and needs to be improved greatly. the last handful of times we’ve placed orders for pick either via phone or the online ordering service we always arrive 30-45 minutes and when we arrive the order is still never done. and we have to wait an additional ~30 minutes. we placed an order online today at about 4:45 and didn’t get our order until 6. also tried to call and place the order via phone before settling for placing it online (we dread doing that because they never get it or the system is down, etc. something different every time) and half of the time the phone doesn’t work. disappointing.

It is better to order ahead. If you are just going to chill and eat there... that would be great too. Whether eating there or ordering out... it is great. It was tasty. Highly recommend.

This is my first time here I got the jalapeño pupusa and the pork and beans, and we also got a side of plantains. The plantains were perfectly made! And the sauce that comes with the pupusa was amazing I could drink it is so good.

What happened to the one who throws the pupusas? Did you change it or something else happened, I have been buying from you for a long time but this day was fatal, the pupusas were too thick, pure dough and apart from that they were burnt and the cheese was not even mixed, rather whole, I spent almost 100 dollars and they were the Worst pupusas I've ever bought there. If the lady who normally sells them rests on Tuesdays, I'll never buy them again that day! Unfortunately disappointing
