Got my order wrong. By the time I made it home the restaurant was closed and no other places around me were open.

Ordered online and waited for my order in my car. Came in 25 minutes later and they didn’t even start on my order and didn’t even know the order was placed. There were no customers inside the entire time. I could see the girl at the cash register on the phone while I waited in my car in stead of ringing my order in. At one point she wiped some silverware down and looked back at my car a few times. A few of my pupusas didn’t have much meat at all, the ingredients all spilled out on the side, and were extremely oil which isn’t their normal quality. Very disappointing. I also ordered 2 chicken tamals and they asked me if I had more time to wait because they were frozen and they only had pork available. I don’t eat pork. So I asked for a refund for those. All of this happened at 6pm… 3 hours before closing. When she went to the kitchen to notify them about my order she went back there laughing about it and the lady in the kitchen joined in. Honestly she needs to be fired or this place needs to stick with serving their own family members and not the public. I want to mention I waited PATIENTLY for my 8 pupusas and never once made it seem urgent. Waiting for my food is one thing, but then getting a horrible quality just because they were rushing is another. $63 down the drain due to incompetence!

I used to love this place. The pupusas were really good and at a reasonable price. Now they are over priced, inconsistent and I honestly feel cheated the majority of the time. My last few orders have been undercooked and not really what I asked for. Would not recommend.

They need to update their hours. Google and their sign both say they’re open Monday until 8. I show up at 7:15, go to open the door and it’s locked. The girl cleaning up inside looks me in the eye and shrugs. Guess I’ve gotta figure something else out for dinner…
