QDOBA Mexican Eats

The evening crew are the most rudest crew i have every dealt with they totally treat customers like bs every single time I go in there for food with my husband who is black I totaly get treated like were not welcome there, but I promise you we will never return after last night so bad they were just standing there staring then gonna ask is this together and on top of that I said I want some chips and queso, and a small bowl of white rice and pork she barley gave me any pork and then put it in a side cup then said you still want rice I said no forget it but you can be sure we want be back and neither will any of our friends and family ,and i also saw how they treated the elderly couple in front of us ,sorry if you don't like your job and dealing with people you shouldn't be there better yet you should be fired and taught customer service skills on how to treat people especially paying customers.
Might have been good if given enough to actually taste even the elderly couple had to ask could you please put a little more in the bowl she had a large bowl and the lady barley put anything in it that's why she was asking for a little more im sorry this place is ridiculous and I wouldn't even give 0 stars.

Ordered 4 nacho bowls and got 4 bowls of nacho soup had to drain off the excess juice looked like it had been blended

It’s a worker by the name of Bella The last few times I’ve came here She always gives me a attitude when I come tries to give me less of a portion than what the proportion is supposed to be and assumes that I don’t have money for the extra portions. I don’t like the attitude definitely go to another Qdoba cause she will try to cheat you cheat out of your portions.

Not sure what's going on at this location. I asked for a burrito bowl they were empty in the restaurant. The lady who I think is the manager came and stood next to the lady making the bowl. They put the tiniest portions. So I asked for Double meat. Still very small the manager leaned over to the cashier and started talking spanish about my bowl. They could tell I was visibly upset. I asked for a little more chicken. She said it's going to cost extra on top of the double meat. I said I just want just a little more because there was no way that I could eat that and not still be hungry even with the extra meat.She repeated that will be extra. So I said no thanks. I think it happens to them a lot. They just said ok. Maybe they get to eat it for free or something but I went to chipotle across the street it was great and they had way more customers.

Most of the workers there are VERY rude. They refused to make my food because I was 1 min before lunch (they are open for breakfast and EVERYTHING was full and ready to use). I was also met with a attitude. I will take my $20 to $70 every couple days to a different location who cares about their customers. It was RARE to get good service there unless the younger black females were working (super sweet girls). I hope management and the rest of the team learn some customer service skills.
