Takes way too long order food online then given time arrive at restaurant to find you have to wait 20 minutes longer the stated online to get food seems they are too busy looking at their phone or talking in the back

I've been going here for the last 5 years and have gotten to know Amanda and Laura on a first name basis. They always provide excellent service, excellent food, and excellent conversation. This is the only branch I ever go to because they are there. Not only do I get food when I go but I have a phenomenal experience because of them. (FYI my order every time is the burrito with brown rice, black beans, Diablo queso, habenero sauce, Verde sauce, cheese sour cream and the strips. Best burrito ever, still miss the breakfast menu RIP)

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and have always been happy with the service and food. However, tonight I was absolutely astonished with the price of my meal. I was just grabbing dinner for myself, including a quesadilla, chips, and a drink, albeit with a few embellishments - queso, etc., but I wasn't expecting the final price to be over $24. I don't think I've ever spent that much for a meal that wasn't for at least two entrees. I do like Qdoba and this branch in particular, but this will certainly have me thinking twice before stopping in for a meal.

When a customer has to drive back because you forgot to include part of the order you apologize you don't stand there and dig thru the trash for the receipt basically calling them a liar. Thanks for the cold dinner my family got to eat last night!

Catering for a going away party was so easy with them. They were able to build our order in store and give us quality advice on how much we should get for how many people we had. Amanda was very personable and very helpful. Thank you so much for making this easy for us.

Order the chicken bowl with tortilla on the side wide the medium salsa and chips and queso. The bowl was great chicken and beans well cooked. The chips were stale, and the salsa was mild, not what I ordered, and they verified

Discussing, Shrimp dripping in the undercooked brisket. Have to order by pointing because no one speaks English. Overall expensive rice and terrible service . Eat somewhere else.
