I ordered a catering meal for a pick up of 4pm. I sent my son and his cousin to pick it up. They were told there was no order for me. I then had to make the trip and show them my confirmation. It became clear they had received my order and dropped the ball. I then had to wait there for almost 30 minutes while they prepared my order. $165.00 is a lot of money to be spending these days. Money that pays those workers salary. Message to management: do better. I won't be ordering here again.

Just ordered through DD and this is what was delivered. The bowl is half full. The ingredients like the lettuce was poor, rice was super hard and just everything about the bowl looks horrible. I know DD had nothing to do with this because when it was delivered, the bag was properly sealed. Never ordering from this location again.

I used to love coming here when the service and food quality were consistently good — but not anymore. My experience at the Iliff and Peoria location was extremely disappointing. On Tuesday night (11/18), the service was terrible, and shockingly, it was the manager providing it.
She had an attitude, displayed very poor manners, and didn’t seem to care whether the ingredients were going inside or outside of the tortilla. She even picked the worst pieces of lettuce without any effort or attention. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see this level of service coming from someone in a leadership role.

I have never had bad service or food up until now. This thing looks like a 5 year old made it. Did not drain of the liquid. Made the tortilla soggy. A split all the way down the side. And just messy. They put it in a bowl and sent it home with my son for dinner. The last picture is how we.had to eat it.

Joe ends serving us most of the time when we come in and he is helpful and always goes above and beyond. He remembers that I do not like cilantro and goes into the back to check on rice w/o cilantro. I always am happy to see Joe when I walk through the door. THANK YOU JOE!
Service wasn’t too bad people were friendly however, the food was terrible. Tasted old taco shells were stale. Picked up my order to take home. Kids mail didn’t even come with everything missing drink called the restaurant. They told me because I already left. There’s nothing I could do about it so helpful. guess there’s a reason I don’t generally go here reminded myself today why I do not like this restaurant

I went in and was helped by Joe. He was very kinda and made sure that everything I ordered was greasy from the back. And also got it out very fast. His recommendation on the new streak was amazing! Will definitely be back to this location.

Was helped by Joe who was absolutely amazing. He prepared my large order quickly and was incredibly friendly. He suggested the habenero lime steak which was awesome and communicated with his co workers to make sure there was restock of everything me and my family wanted. I will be coming back to this location from now on for the stellar customer service and quality. Thanks Joe!
