Walked in and was met with weird, awkward stares. Instead of greeting or welcoming (like a service-oriented place conventionally does) it was a weird space for picking up an order. Probably won’t be back.

After eating a chicken bowl here for lunch, I became very sick later that night starting around 11:30 pm and spent the night vomiting with severe stomach issues. Nothing else I ate that day was unusual.

I’ve been to this location many times over the years, but the quality has clearly gone downhill. Two weeks ago I skipped the guacamole because it was brown and watery-looking, which was already a red flag.

This isn’t a “mistakes happen” situation — this is a failure of basic food quality and care. Ownership and management should be embarrassed that food like this is being served. If corporate actually monitors reviews, they should take this seriously.

Customers shouldn’t have to gamble with their health eating here. Others deserve to be aware.

Usually have a great experience. Today was given extra protein without asking. Charged for it of course. I never get extra protein. Then i think they were mad i didnt tip. Sorry, your tip paid for part of the upcharge i didnt want. Hopefully just a misunderstanding. Ill be back.

Not sure what exactly the employee’s issues were on 12/12 at 7pm, but I’m assuming their owner must’ve shot a puppy in back or something because both employees were super sour, rude to everyone, and giving out microscopic portions even when people said they were fine paying extra for stuff.

I ordered a catering meal for a pick up of 4pm. I sent my son and his cousin to pick it up. They were told there was no order for me. I then had to make the trip and show them my confirmation. It became clear they had received my order and dropped the ball. I then had to wait there for almost 30 minutes while they prepared my order.
$165.00 is a lot of money to be spending these days. Money that pays those workers salary.
Message to management: do better.
I won't be ordering here again.
