I can’t figure out why my burrito smells like Murphy’s Oil Soap or some sort of detergent in the bag. That was not very enticing and unappetizing… the staff were fine and helpful but smelling detergent is not an appealing part of ordering food…

The guy named Joshua who was there tonight 11/21 was absolutely amazing. I say this because I was a difficult customer asking for the veggies but no onions and he made sure to not get any onions in my bowl and when he did, he made sure to take it out. Thank you Joshua for your great customer services. The other employees that were there tonight as well, thank you for your kindness and patience.

Used to be great but lately not so much. Skimping portions consistenly, extra side of protein will be half full of the actual cup you pay for or a 3rd of it. and you have to ask everytime for them to put more in there.

Just stop to get dinner with my family and this girl had the worse attitude. Touching her cell phone while preparing the food and her earpods on and the manager was right next to her and didn't do anything to make her change her attitude.

So I went to this establishment to order for burritos and two bowls the portions were so small and the attitudes were so big I had to leave them there with the people that was making it what happened to good customer service people's going to go out of business due to their employees Id rather deal with a robot any day

I love Qdoba it is definitely better than Chipotle. I had the birria quesadilla and it was fantastic
So I usually never had a problem with the online order at this location, but yesterday, they really messed up on my online order. Had 2 entrees, and the ONLY thing they got right was the chips because 1 of the order was nachos. I don't understand how they could of messed up the order because the ingredients are written right on the lid. It's as if they put in whatever they wanted to. There's only 2 possibilities that could of happened, 1. That person was having a bad day and I understand everybody has bad days but you don't take it out on paying customers. 2. That person doesn't know how to read English and that person shouldn't even be working there. This is the last time I'm ordering at this location.

Qdoba is so underrated when compared to other places like Chipotle. They definitely have better queso! And they don't charge extra for guacamole!

Went to get lunch early at breakfast hours. Waited till the female employee made multiple online orders while we just watched and waited. patiently. Which I guess also means online orders are alot more important then customers standing waiting to order. I've been there many many times and never had such a bad experience. We stood and waited it took a while so I went to the bathroom. After coming back someone else was ordering and my daughter was ignored like if she wasn't even there. When the employee finally got done and at this point another employee was also present (made no attempt to do anything helpful) I was told they don't do lunch at breakfast hours. The whole experience was bad the way she communicated was terrible.
