chi lin was an unexpected reminder of my taiwan home in the middle of aurora, co. i was slightly hesitant but mostly intrigued as i made my way to my table, walking past a robot server that is very common in taiwan. there was an array of asian options, ranging from japanese to thai options. our food was served very shortly after our orders were placed, and i was delighted with the taste. i must note that there is significantly less fatty pork in the braised pork over rice dish i got. this is almost certainly done so to please the american palette that is avoidant of fatty parts of meat. genuine taiwanese cuisine embraces the fats and makes the most of its flavors. nonetheless, my dish was good in its own american way. it put a smile on my face knowing taiwans name was somewhere in the middle of colorado suburbia.

Tried to have lunch here today but had to walk out because the small little man server was insanely aggressive and rude for no reason. we had a party of 9. 6 adults, 1 child, 2 high chairs, if that was too hard to accommodate that would have been fine he could have just let us know instead he started slamming tables together with zero communication. he walked to the table w menus so we assumed we should follow since there was no communication just anger, he then proceeded to scream at us that the table wasn’t ready… how would we know that since he wouldn’t communicate just had a small tiny petite man temper tantrum. we left and went to the sushi spot it was delicious and great service. would literally never come back or recommend this place.

Eaten about half the menu at this point and I'm SO impressed. Best Chinese in the area, and amazing drinks. Service is wonderful and Bella the Robot is adorable!

My honest opinion, the Foods really not that good. It’s bland and has no flavor. I get no salt is healthy but there should be something to taste. The price is high for what I tasted. Wouldn’t recommend honestly, You’re better off finding a place in the hood somewhere.

Good ramen from folks who’d rather not sell it to you. I’ve been several times and can recommend the ramen and appetizers, nearly all of them, but the service is almost always pretty bad. The owner is usually there, and waiting on tables, but he’s almost always unhappy you’re around. The quality of the food almost always makes the lack of service worthwhile—almost always. Definitely worth a shot, but don’t expect a lot of help. They have great ramen, they just don’t necessarily want to sell it to you.

This would be a 3 star place but it loses another star for being mediocre AND expensive.

The wings were overcooked. The soup dumplings had no flavor, no one wanted to finish them. My Mongolian beef was utterly forgettable. The white rice wasn't even good.

Waited 10 min for a table on a week night, not a huge deal. (Small place). I had the spicy Ramen. Top 3 I've ever had.. very good. Unique drink choices that I can't get in SD too.

Everything tastes the same in this place. Many other ramens elsewhere to get a better flavor and variety. Not at all worth the price

The restaurant truly cares about customer experience. After not liking the ramen, the owner reached out to us and invited us back. She went above and beyond and took feedback seriously. The staff are all so nice and friendly. The braised pork belly rice bowl and boba are great! I love the watermelon boba. I recommend this restaurant, the owner truly cares.

The atmosphere and service are great but the ramen broth is very disappointing. I was here with my Asian wife. She tasted the broth and suggested we get a refund. The pork is very good tho.

Update: So the owner reached out to me and offered me and my wife dinner. I tried the Taiwanese pork belly rice bowl this time and it was really good. The service is great as always. The staff really took good care of us. Overall, it was a really nice experience and I am impressed with how the owner handled the situation.

This was probably the worst ramen I've ever had. We had the Shoyu and the Tantan and neither had a hint of flavor. The noodles were rubbery and the egg and pork are either low grade or they are pre-prepared items not cooked onsite, maybe both. I would choose a home ramen packet over this place any day.
