Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Their food consistently feels fresh and high quality.

I went with some of my friends to this place a few times and they have always been so mean and discriminatory against us because we’re Latinos. They refuse to speak in Spanish to us but they speak in Spanish to themselves. Specially this lady in the drive through was really rude to us, she even yelled at us multiple times when we were trying to order. The order was incomplete and I promise we were trying to be as nice as we could and she was being so mean to us. The food is good but the customer service makes you hate the food after being yelled at. Gotta improve that customer service cause a lot of my friends say the same thing too.

This is how my chicken looked. Absolutely disgusting! If the people working the late shift are too tired to cook the chicken all the way through they shouldn’t be open so late🤷🏽‍♂️

We ordered curbside pickup, and had to wait 30 minutes until we decided to go inside to pick up our order. When we picked it up, two boxes of food were missing from the four we ordered.

This locations drive through takes forever. Sat in line for twenty five minutes before backing up and going to in and out across the street.. They hire horrible staff and better options in area, strongly recommended staying away from this particular location.

Every time I go is worse.. the portion are smaller every time.. I always get a extra toast and the last 3 time they forget to put it in my order they do charge for it tho.. and the fingers every time smaller and not only that I only got 5 instead of 6 c'mon is spend enough for us to not get what is fair..

This is the 4th time we’ve had our order either wrong or with missing items. Fortunately, you guys generally make it right by replacing the meal, but we’d rather skip the hassle and get it correct the first time. I’m thinking you guys need to get your headsets/microphones in your drive thru replaced or fixed, because there’s times where I’m not finished speaking and the person taking my order interrupts me with a “huh?” or “i didn’t hear what you said.” It’s very frustrating. I even decided to place an order online and it still was wrong up wrong by the employee. My receipt and online receipt were completely two different things.

Every time I go to this location or any location (Parker) this is the portion I get. What a waste of money, fries is not full, chicken tenders are small like the size of my finger. Seriously y’all need to do better

I went in the drive thru around 2:30 and the lady taking my order in the second lane wasn’t very nice at all, it honestly seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. She didn’t ask for my name for the order and didn’t repeat my order at all. I end up going to the window and my order was completely wrong. I was even given the wrong bag. My drink was even given to me without the lid on. This wasn’t good service at all. We even asked for the 3 finger combo to be extra crispy and it wasn’t acknowledged at all. I’m disappointed in my visit today.
