It's pretty great to be greeted by name as you walk through the door. The Hostess welcomed me and led us straight to our table. A+++ The kitchen however got 3 of our orders wrong and we had to wait longer. Food was okay for seafood.
Great experience! Always great service and food! Will continue to return as much as we can manage b
Red Lobster – A Familiar Favorite with Standout Service
It’s Red Lobster—you know what to expect. But what made this visit memorable wasn’t just the seafood; it was the genuine hospitality. After a long day, our server went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and taken care of, which made the meal hit just right.
We’ve been to another location in the past couple of years and left disappointed, but this visit changed our minds. Whether it’s a sign that Red Lobster is back on the upswing or simply a testament to the management at this location, the quality and service were exactly what you’d hope for when dining here.

The service was excellent but the Brussel sprouts were AWFUL. Way too deep fried to the point of being totally charred. I would've returned them but I didn't start eating them until later in the meal after I told our waitress everything was fine. They need to start grilling then on the flat top like Hickory House does.
The last few times we have been here, we had a good dining experience! I think they got some staff from the closed one in Park Meadows that cleaned up some of the issues that they were having before.

Please!! Please!! Please!! Bring back your original tartar sauce. It was the best at any restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. And that’s saying something. I’m 90!! What you’re serving now is awful.

They were closed when we got there. Didn't even notify us they were closing. Very bad customer service
I have only been to 2 other Red Lobster Restaurants and those were in Florida. I did not enjoy them at all. They were old and dingy. They looked like they hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time and the fried food which I don't eat much of tasted disgusting. The one we went to tonight was absolutely amazing. It was clean, and fresh smelling. We sat at the bar and had Soup, Salad and 2 appetizers and we each had a cocktail. The bartender was on point and very friendly. My Moscow Mule was delicious and absolutely perfect. The food came out just as it should have in order and not to soon or late. Everything was fresh and hot despite it being a little later and almost closing time. Whoever is running that Restaurant or owns it is doing a fantastic job.
Parking: The clam chowder was delicious and I had a sweet and sour type fried shrimp that was mouth watering and my husband had Lobster Pizza and it was to die for.
Kid-friendliness: I didn't see any kids there but it could be kid friendly totally.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessibility too

The restaurant was freezing. We talked with the Mgr who said she has to reset the heat every 30 min. In the summer it would be great, but when it's 40 degrees in Colorado it's cold. You should work on getting this fixed.

I was a little disappointed because whenever I have a reservation I usually get sat in the dining room and not the bar area, especially when we did not even order any alcohol. My lady and myself showed up and the greeter was not there so we waited 5 minutes for someone to even come greet us and I told them I had a reservation and they said okay and verified it, then sat us in the bar area that smelled like old beer when the dining room had plenty of seating. I was just expecting more from Red Lobster with a reservation is all.
